When i picked Millie up, she had been stripped down to the skin. Her skin was BRIGHT RED like a burn. It turned out that Margie was not available and they turned my beauriful dog over to an unskilled employee---charged me for a professional master groomer but that is NOT what we got. We have now found out that the damage to her was so extensive that part of her fur will NEVER grow back. They have permanently ruined Millie's coat---which for the last 9 years has been beautiful and healthy. I reached out to tell them of the situation and---crickets!! Do not EVER take a beautiful dog there and expect anything but damage. I wish i didn't have to add a star to this review!!!

They arrived within 3 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. They quickly made a connection with the dog. From very-hairy-indistinguishable-breed to a strikingly dashing schnauzer/scottie mix! No tranquilizer required. Wow! Aussie performed a miracle, and we're going to have them back!
