We have now found out that the damage to her was so extensive that part of her fur will NEVER grow back.They have permanently ruined Millie's coat---which for the last 9 years has been beautiful and healthy. They arrived within 3 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. They quickly made a connection with the dog. They are affordable and really care about the pets they work on. My only gripe is that there are times where it has taken 4+ hours, which seems like quite a long time. I do, however, appreciate that they are open on Sundays. You can't find many groomers that are open on Sundays (at least in Utah), so that's nice!

Our 9 year old dog went through many years with bad groomers and now for the past few years we have been taking her to Quinci after the first groom, Mia happily goes in.
