Our 9 year old dog went through many years with bad groomers and now for the past few years we have been taking her to Quinci after the first groom, Mia happily goes in. No longer terrified of the groomer. 3. I LOVE that she doesn't use kennels. She gets the dog in and then out and usually in less than hour, which is incredible. Most ask for vaccines but then never verify anything. I let them know I'd be staying in the area in case my little man was not able to be groomed. He hates water, the blow dryer and is skittish around strangers. He was abused indoors before he was rescued so he's not a fan of new places either. They told me it would take 2-3 hours even though he didn't need to get trimmed at all. I walked out thinking this is never going to work. When no call came within 5 minutes I was a little surprised. Then the phone rings 40 minutes later....I thought.... there it is, he's not going to make it through. It's only been 40 minutes and not even close to the 2-3 hour eta. To my surprise, they told me he's ready for pickup and he did great. I was truly shocked. Shelly did a phenomenal job. My only negative is that they opened the little gate to the back room before having the leash on my dog. There were other dogs in the waiting room which was not a big deal but had someone opened the front door or had been walking in, my dog would have darted out immediately and would have likely run right out into the street. That didn't happen thankfully but it crossed my mind when I had to grab him by the bandana they put around his neck. I'm grateful that was on him. I will return and will request Shelly ever time. I'm glad I found this place and appreciate all the attention they gave my pup.

They were also very strict with all vaccinations. I forgot to send my husband with some of the copies and we had to quickly get them emailed over before they would let him enter - which is great! My dog passed his assessment and stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving. The price was fair and when we picked him they gave us a little treat bag and report card. My dog seemed to love it and he was always chilling in the middle of the pack when they would post anything on Instagram. Downfalls: despite strict vaccination requirements my dog still got kennel cough. He recovered quickly and it wasn't anything severe, but still a bummer. He also had one or two scratches on him. I'd imagine he was playing rough and it wasnt anything serious since his report card was all positive, but it's still something I'll watch out for if he goes back.

She's unreliable, unorganized and completely inconsiderate of customers' time. There were two or three times where she never showed up at all and I waited literally all day for her, because she did not have the courtesy to communicate that she was running late or provide an approximate time that she would be there. She shows up an average of eight hours late. I had an appointment at 10am and she showed up around 8pm. Another appointment was at 9am. She showed up around 10pm. The earliest that she ever showed up was about two hours after the scheduled appointment. A few of the excuses she has used: "The app changed the appointment time", she "pulled the cord out of the generator", " her key fob isn't working", " her vehicle broke down". Yesterday, my appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm, finally at 9:36pm she messaged that she was on her way. At 10:45pm, she still wasn't there so I messaged her to cancel. I don't have the energy to stay up another 2-4 hours while she grooms my two dogs and I have to get up early in the morning to go to work. Especially when the appointment was at 4:30. She wanted to reschedule for today or tomorrow but I'm not available and I've given her too many chances. I'm tired of wasting entire days sitting at the house, waiting hours for her when I could be doing other things. It is pathetic and she should be embarrassed for consistently providing this type of service. Find somebody else to groom your pets. Anybody else! Do it yourself. Just don't use her unless you want to be inconvenienced by expecting her to show up and she either does not or will when it's time to go bed. I find it so hard to believe that someone gave her five stars and said that she was reliable. Really????
