When I got there (15 minutes late--forgot to set my alarm), Shawnna invited me in to her salon so that I could see where Dotty would be for the next hour. I was impressed with how sparkling and well-appointed it looked. She asked me to be back to pick up my pooch in an hour. I left to run some errands and received a call from the groomer 20 minutes or so later. After her bath and blow dry Dotty was found to be more matted than was first expected and she wanted to check with me before going ahead. When I got back at the appointed time, Shawnna brought Dotty out to me. I had forgotten what a cute little pup I had! I'll definitely be going back as the price was reasonable, it was a good experience, and Dotty looks terrific!

For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients.
