I've just never seen my dog look so insanely cute as she does every time she walks out those glass doors. That's one of the things I love, the literal transparency there. Other groomers walk the dogs back behind a wall where you have no idea what's going on, but the whines from the dogs make it sound bad. The grooming here is done behind a glass wall, so you can see all the dogs. I heard one little pup wailing today when I picked up my dog and it was nice to be able to look through the glass and see that she wasn't being tortured, she was just being dramatic. I also love that they send me pictures and progress texts along the way. Five out of five stars.

So we decided to try Scenthound and we are very pleased. The facility is new and sparkling clean. It was easy to book her appointment and they took great care of her. She smells great--we love the coconut shampoo although I also like getting a choice of shampoo/scents. I find their memberships very affordable and there's an app to make things even easier. We will be back!

Most ask for vaccines but then never verify anything. I let them know I'd be staying in the area in case my little man was not able to be groomed. He hates water, the blow dryer and is skittish around strangers. He was abused indoors before he was rescued so he's not a fan of new places either. They told me it would take 2-3 hours even though he didn't need to get trimmed at all. I walked out thinking this is never going to work. When no call came within 5 minutes I was a little surprised. Then the phone rings 40 minutes later....I thought.... there it is, he's not going to make it through. It's only been 40 minutes and not even close to the 2-3 hour eta. To my surprise, they told me he's ready for pickup and he did great. I was truly shocked. Shelly did a phenomenal job. My only negative is that they opened the little gate to the back room before having the leash on my dog. There were other dogs in the waiting room which was not a big deal but had someone opened the front door or had been walking in, my dog would have darted out immediately and would have likely run right out into the street. That didn't happen thankfully but it crossed my mind when I had to grab him by the bandana they put around his neck. I'm grateful that was on him. I will return and will request Shelly ever time. I'm glad I found this place and appreciate all the attention they gave my pup.

They were also very strict with all vaccinations. I forgot to send my husband with some of the copies and we had to quickly get them emailed over before they would let him enter - which is great! My dog passed his assessment and stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving. The price was fair and when we picked him they gave us a little treat bag and report card. My dog seemed to love it and he was always chilling in the middle of the pack when they would post anything on Instagram. Downfalls: despite strict vaccination requirements my dog still got kennel cough. He recovered quickly and it wasn't anything severe, but still a bummer. He also had one or two scratches on him. I'd imagine he was playing rough and it wasnt anything serious since his report card was all positive, but it's still something I'll watch out for if he goes back.

Our 9 year old dog went through many years with bad groomers and now for the past few years we have been taking her to Quinci after the first groom, Mia happily goes in. No longer terrified of the groomer. 3. I LOVE that she doesn't use kennels. She gets the dog in and then out and usually in less than hour, which is incredible. We are a loyal customer who will never go anywhere else!

This was heartbreaking to watch. I didn't know what was wrong. I made an appt with Dr.Panter next morning. I appreciated his attention to Daisy and his compassion. I noticed how delicately he was handling my hurting baby. He took his time explaining his observations and suggested x-rays to detect spinal problems prone in this breed. This took tops 20 mins-something I'm not used to as I'm from Los Angeles lol and the prices were affordable which was a huge plus. He showed me the inflamed areas on Daisy and gave her a morphine derivative injection to make her comfortable. I traveled back to Los Angeles two days later and had additional questions for Dr.Panter which he responded to and advised me via phone. Happy with the care and service I received at this vet.

The receptionist didn't take her name down just what shelter with a attitude. Well they didn't give Myah any pain medication, a cone, and was still all so drugged up once picked up from the vet. The receptionist was very rude to my wife when she was asking them questions about care for Myah. Regardless if the shelter didn't pay for a cone or medicine they should've done something or given a cone. Myah has been through enough with that fire and being moved around finding a new home. Have some more respect for these poor animals.
