I was going to a movie at rosedale and a friend recommended this place for a small bite beforehand. Didnt make reservations, just walked in and got seated quickly and it was a friday night. Fun lighting, whole place had a party type of vibe. Server came over and gave us waters, but you actually do all the ordering from a qr code at the table. It was quick and easy to use. Ordered a few food items, and didnt take long to come out. Loved the tajin wings and tacos were pretty good. Overall good experience and would go again when in the area.

I've been to the Highland Park location plenty of times, but this was my first visit to Roseville and I was shocked at how busy it was! The Highland Park spot is fairly chill, so I wasn't exactly expecting it to be hopping, but the experience was still great. I love the QR code ordering and how you can keep ordering food if you want. I got chips & salsa plus one carnitas taco. The price for one taco was a bit steep at $5-$6, but the amount of meat on it made it totally worth it and it was really good! The restaurant itself has such a cool vibe, bright, colorful, and definitely the place to be for an afternoon happy hour. I love how laid back and casual the environment is.

Happened to be driving by and decided to check them out. After explaining to the hubs that this was a Mexican (not Italian) restaurant, he was on board. The night we stopped in it was gorgeous outside, so we took advantage and sat on the patio. The patio is pretty big, but does face towards 36. I tried a cherry maragrita and the verde enchiladas. Both were great. Hubs had tacos with rice and beans and also seemed to enoy it. Our host was great. The service here is via QR code, but if you need assistance, there is a card you can turn over expressing that need. Would love to come back and try some of the appetizers and other cocktails.

I'm very impressed with centro. Good drinks, apps and entrees. The queso was delicious and tortilla chips were nicely fried. I had the burger which was super yummy with American cheese, I will definitely get that again, however the bun is nothing to write home about. Over all good job centro!!!!

Beautiful and spacious interior with a good sized patio. Sat outside with a group of eight and a few kids. We were able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon no problem! We had the choice of table service or ordering from a QR code. Drinks and food came out quickly. I had the mezcal margarita and the Wahaka Flocka. The marg was great! Though overpriced in my opinion for being a tap cocktail. The Wahaka was also delicious though a bit sweet. The birria crunch is amazing - it was so full, I couldn't even finish it. The tajin wings were the winner though!! Looking forward to returning!

After hearing rave reviews for a while, we finally decided to give this place a try. The ordering process is pretty casual--you can either place your order at the counter when you walk in or scan a QR code at the table to order digitally. I went with the shrimp taco, Cool Ranch Doritos wings, and yucca fries. The shrimp in the taco was flavorful, but unfortunately, the shell was hard and already falling apart when it arrived, making it tough to enjoy. The wings were just okay--not much of that Cool Ranch Doritos flavor came through, and they were a bit overcooked for my taste. The standout for me was definitely the yucca fries--crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Service was minimal. We were given one small cup of water and never offered a refill. Since there aren't servers consistently checking in after the food is dropped off, it felt a bit lacking on the hospitality front. Overall, while I've been to other spots that offer better quality for a lower price, I'd consider coming back if I'm nearby and craving those yucca fries--they were worth the visit.

The drinks and food was good but you order on your phone so you can't order just drinks and apps then food. You have to fully check out. I expected a sit down restaurant with a server. If I adjusted my expectations it would be great. The pina colada was perfect! Guac was very good and the birria Crunchwrap was good.

Spacious location with a huge bar area, and various tables to accommodate different size groups. Like their other locations, they have QR codes on the tables where you can pull up the menus. However, at this one you can also order with a server if preferred. Some of the new things I tried during this visit were: -pineapple tajin = okay; definitely something that can be made at home. - NA Margarita= good, but I wish had been a bit more sour taste (like the alcoholic version). -tres Leche cake= delicious and had a slight spice to it (like perhaps cinnamon). The chips, guacamole, queso, and crunch wrap were all good.

The restaurant is cute and colorful! We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of parking in the back. I know at the other location in NE you order at the counter and they drop the food off at your table. When we walked in we weren't sure what the format was as there was no one at the counter but someone came from the bar area to assist us. We were waited on at the table. Our waiter was nice. The staff generally seemed to stay busy. I ordered a rice bowl (no beans, added chicken tinga) & cool ranch wings for the table. The rice bowl was fine, full of rice. The chicken was missing seasoning all together so that was disappointing. The wings were crispy which I liked but had no salt or anything. I guess I assumed that cool ranch was like the cool ranch Doritos seasoning (like the red and blue seasoning dusting you can see on the chips) The chicken had zero flavor. Was also supposed to come with a side of guajillo aioli and as you can see in the photos that was also missing. I've had tacos from other Centro locations and those were good, so I'd probably come back and stick to that. Note: they are a cashless establishment.

Great happy hour deals, kind server, good vibes! Came here on a Monday at 4:30 and it wasn't busy at all. Took a second for someone to greet me but someone eventually came by. I asked if I could use my computer there and they said yes and that they have free wifi! It was honestly a great place to get some work done with good vibes. I ordered through a QR code but my server asked if I wanted him to come check on me, I said not to worry and that I would flag him down if I needed to. It does make you tip and pay before you place your order so keep that in mind! The service was great in my opinion so I didn't mind leaving a tip! Plus the happy hour deals are amazing so the meal was quite cheap. Some things that could have been better - more sauce on the dirty yuca fries, tacos on the happy hour menu, and the sauce for the oysters wasn't my favorite. But $2 oysters is a pretty amazing deal. I'd definitely come back for a chill time and $2 oysters and $5 beer.

Delicious food. So-so service. Seemed expensive. Couldn't quite figure out the QR code for ordering or the specials.

First time to Centro in Roseville and I really wanted to love it here. Good things: Delish food, delish drink, not too loud. Nice decor-huge change from former restaurant here. Bad things: no wait staff-order from counter or QR code at table. Have to get your own water, utensils and to-go containers. Massive chunks in tacos so taking a small bite was impossible. Tasty but very greasy chips. I think the staff is friendly-sounded like they were having a fun party in the kitchen. If I knew there was no wait staff, I would not have tipped the usual amount. Maybe recommend. Disappointed for sure.

I have been to Centro in the past over NE and was not impressed. However this time made up for it! I had the Centro Crunch and it was super tasty. It appears they have amped the menu a little but. The service was not bad; the host was attentive and very helpful. The ambiance of this place makes it worthing hanging out especially on these upcoming warmer days this summer. Take advantage of the happy hour if you can because even though the food and drinks were decent, they are not for someone on a budget. Definitely give it a shot; its in Roseville so plenty parking is available.

Drinks range from wine to bear to alcohol from Black brands. Service: Customer service was always been top notch from the bartenders and owner was so helpful in providing overview of the game, local culture/clubs, MN having the most golf courses which shocked the hell out of us. He have us basic lessons, advice on clubs for women and beginners, stance, what par meant, and hand positioning. Overall personable guy and went out his way to ensure we were good and had some background about golf and MN golf culture. Very genuine. Let the record reflect that I'm not saying that because he's from Chicago (the best city to Eva do it ) ijs Price: Very reasonably priced with options to golf for 30 mins increments. We paid 80 for 1.5 hours which was just enough time. I'm not sure about the food so I've included a menu. I didnt order anything personally this time around. Ambiance: It was an overall great experience for my 2nd time around. Last Summer that had a mixed with a DJ and it was a great turn out. Intergenerational crowd with lots of photo worthy spaces and seating areas. Very comfortable high top tables and lounge area with open space to mingle. They have great artwork, open spaces yet felt inviting for times when networking is appropriate. It would be great for corporate events or mixers. Great lightening, private party spaces and the bar area is nice. I'm glad I remained open to trying it out again after delcaring "golf wasn't my ministry" I just needed a lil more education and hands on basics. I look forward to what's in store for Par365 10/10 would recommend!

I loved the maple sauce with the goat cheese on the sprouts! It's definitely different than the soy type sauces other places are doing, and brought the perfect salty sweet combination. The shrimp bowl is my go to here, and was great. The sauce with the shrimp, avocado, veggies and rice is a great balance of flavor. Service 5/5: our server was very attentive and the food came quickly. Ambiance 5/5: this place has an upscale cozy vibe. It is on the smaller side, so tables are somewhat close, but not too close. The atmosphere was trying to be trendy with the neon signs, rustic-chic, exposed duct aesthetic. The server was amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful with questions that our group had. The food was also way better than I feared it might be. I appreciated the build-your-own option for a lot of the dishes. I got a large salad with grilled shrimp and it was pretty good. The shrimp was flavorful and the salad bright. I used some of the cilantro salsa that came with the chips as dressing and it was great. It happened to be my birthday and they brought out some churros as a treat, which was really nice. The churros, however, were pretty bad. Super dense and chewy. The service definitely added an extra star and that waiter (I didn't get her name) should get some recognition. I would put this in the "group pleasing", "work happy hour" bucket of restaurants. I would never suggest but definitely wouldn't be upset if the group chose here.
