Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. We got there 5 minutes after our appointment time and found the waiting room luckily with not that many people. We stood in the line to check in and we're attended to rather quickly and we're given the forms to update any necessary information. I'd say we waited about 10-15 minutes until they call my dad in. The assistant allowed me to come in with them and she was very patient and nice. I know everybody's experience is different but my experience went rather well! Everyone was really nice.
