I needed to have a procedure done immediately, and all doctor's offices and urgent care facilities were either booked and/or very expensive. I called into BeWell thinking it was a normal urgent care facility, but turns out it wasn't - it was better! Not only were they the cheapest option, but it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I spoke with Herman on the phone, and even though they were booked for the day, I could tell he heard the discomfort in my voice and went the extra mile to figure out a slot for me to come in. The sign up and check in processes were high tech, quick, and smooth - using an iPad rather than the old pen and paper method. My procedure was done by Herman and supervised by Lucy, and throughout the entire process, both of them were so gentle - constantly asking how I was feeling, and were extremely thorough. I typically feel like I'm just a number and being rushed at other facility, but here, I felt they actually cared about my wellbeing... I suppose it fits their name (BeWell!). I have nothing by high praises for this establishment, and hope that many others could experience the high quality services they offer. Thank you both, Herman and Lucy, so so much for that day. Visited the facility today to have my son checked on for a virus. Our pediatrician was booked for the day and only had an opening in the late afternoon. Didn't want to wait that long, so we came here instead. Overall service was good, staff was courteous. My biggest complaint is that the appointment felt rushed. I believe there was only 1 doctor on staff which made our consultation shorter. Tip: if you go in have questions ready for the doctor to ease any concerns you may have. read more

Our primary care, referral our his, the sing says the open 8:30am but no one was there we wait for 15 extra mins before someone opens the door, even worst we get inform the doctor wasn't here and she will be around 9:30am bc she was running late. Make your self a favor and don't waste your time here the last services they offer is IMMEDIATELY CARE. Just make me super upset the play with ppls needs access to a doctor, my son wasn't that bad to be at the ER, and his regular doctors don't have any openings for today! read more

Recently found out about this clinic from a coworker. If you are a patient of the Montes medical Center than you can be seen here. I felt like it was about time that they created this as it has become very hard to get an appointment at the Whittier office. There is a bit of a wait time but you will get seen same day and if you dont have insurance its $40 for the office visit which is reasonable. Great service at check in friendly staff. read more

What a great alternative when my regular Dr can't get me immediately. This office is great! Still in the same area of the Whittier Montes Medi-Cal Group and I was pleasantly surprised to see familiar staff and Dr at this location. I waited a total of maybe 5 minutes to get pulled back and maybe less than 5 minutes for Dr. Monique to see me. Place is clean and well kept. I definitely won't hesitate to comeback again if needed..... FYI.... apparently they do not take walk-ins after 4:30pm. read more

I'm really happy that Montes medial group has this walk in clinic! They accommodate patients that do not need emergency care. My family and I have been coming here and every time we come we are greeted with friendly staff. The Dr.'s are very knowledgeable and they answer all my questions and concerns. Thankfully we are in and out in no time! Which to me is a big plus (I've waited in urgent cares for more than 3 hours). I never feel rushed as someone previously mentioned. I will continue to utilize the be well clinic when I don't have an appointment or need to walk in. read more

Just had a virtual consultation with one of their Nurse Practitioners, and it went very well. I appreciated that she was very professional and kind. The consult was quick but for a person like me who suffers from migraines that is good. I never felt rushed. I love the convenience of being home while doing a consultation. This place is very small but very well maintained. Very clean. When I took my kids in everyone was very nice and friendly. I took three of my kids. The doctor was amazing. My kids loved her. She saw them all at once. This place wasn't full like other places so it was very quick and fast. Love this place. I'm glad I found this it. Came in here for my son and was seen as soon as they opened after lunch. Staff was super friendly and dr was great with my 4 year old. They made us feel comfortable and helped us fast.
