I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

They usually ask a big portion of money in advance also they are very slow or refuse to refunds your overpayment. California law requires the medical groups have to refund the patient's overpayment within 30 days. How could they don't know about that or they're trying to steal the patient's hard earned money? Horrible...stay away from this medical group and go somewhere else.

This went around for about 10 minutes. I then asked if there is a way I can speak to a manager: I am willing to pay for the CT scan out of my own pocket, just want to schedule. Jake answered the phone and empathized with my concern. He traded phone call with me and the doctor three times and made all appropriate arrangements for us, and documented the instructions for his associates to follow the following day. Jake was upbeat, courteous and thorough in his interactions with me. With his efforts, I was impressed and relieved. The Bad We arrived at the lab 5 minutes prior to the appointed time, half an hour before the actual appointment, and was advised by a young woman wearing glasses and a ponytail working at the front desk to sit tight and wait until she can check with the radiologist whether my mother's CT Scan can proceed. I was a bit baffled and inquired, did she get the instructions from Jake for a with no-contrast CT Scan? Indeed she did, nevertheless, she wanted to check with the doctor, so we should wait. That was not even 9am. By 9:15, I asked her if the doctor had arrived. She quipped, your appointment is not until 9:20. 9:20 came and went. Nothing happened. I exercised my patience, went up to her at 9:35, after another 15 minutes of aimless wait. Her response was brief, we had already sent your mom's file for the doctor's review. So, the doctor had arrived? Yes. Another 15 minutes went by. I walked up to her again at 9:50, one hour after our arrival , half an hour after the scheduled appointment time. I pleaded, is there any way you may ask the doctor to expedite her review for my mom? You know she's 97, she's getting tired. She looked at me, and said, no. We have already given her file to the doctor. So, I said, we should just sit around and wait "indefinitely"? She looked straight into my eyes, and said, "YES!" That really blew my mind. I responded to her sarcastically, "Thank you for being so compassionate!" And I added, "Just imagine your own grandmother going through the same ordeal!" I didn't bother to get her name. What would be the point? Someone like that clearly is in the wrong profession. To be Fair: The technician that assisted my mother for the CT Scan 10 minutes after my shocking exchanges with that young woman was jolly and friendly. (That means if she would only take the time to check for me, she would have brought pleasant news to us: her test is coming up, just be patient and it won't be long!) The other young lady at the front desk was courteous and respectful as well. But one bad apple really could taint the whole otherwise mostly positive experience.

She didn't give me issues for forgetting my insurance card and allowed me to email it instead. MRI tech was also polite too. Was at the center for 45 mins tops to get my cabeza screened. I like this place better than Kaiser. Their MRI is different. It's not as enclosed as Kaiser's so you feel like you could breathe a little bit better. You know you're not trapped. They really want you to be comfortable and I appreciate that. They gave me earplugs, a mask to wear over my eyes, they had good music playing, not only that but they check in on you often. I felt well taking care of, and I appreciate their service. I think my favorite part was that it was late at night. I didn't have to deal with any traffic at all. Love that. It is located on a fast street. When approaching, you should slow down otherwise you could end up passing it.

Thank God that Kerlan and Jobe Dr Chon is thorough and cares about reporting the proper information regarding injuries . My Doctor was able to report what he visually seen in the MRI and the Prime radiologist had to revise his initial findings. With this in mind do you really want to go to a place that doesn't properly read the images? Injury damage equals treatment and possible compensation. I wouldn't go back to Prime .

I'll start off by saying the building is located in the front of White memorial hospital so it is super easy to find and parking is great and easy but you do need to pay and they do not validate (Bummer) but I was out within 1 1/2 hours so I wasn't really tripping on payment. The imaging center is super clean and very pleasant as you enter. You are greeted by the receptionist which are always very professional and courteous. So now that you know about the imaging center let me tell you about Scott the imaging technician that was doing my MRI. He is thee best and I mean thee best technician I have ever met in my life. He made me feel so comfortable and asked questions about my injury. He was so easy to talk to he made you feel like you were the only person that he had to deal with that whole day and by me saying that you could tell he loved his job and he would go out of his way for any patient he may have, his smile to his appearance and through the way he talked was remarkable and definitely he made an impression that I even asked to speak to the manager to commend on how great and how helpful he was. I don't usually do that but for Scott he definitely needed to be recognized. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My Doctor recommend this place for my X-Rays. I had mild pain so I wanted to get the X-rays done as…read moresoon as possible. I called To book and appointment and they said that the scheduler wasn't in so they told me to call back the following day. I called back and she still wasn't in so they told me to leave my info and she would get back to me when she arrived. That evening she called me and was able to schedule me in 2 days later which I was happy about. The evening before my appointment Vanessa calls me and says that they are not able to do my x rays because she doesn't understand what type of X-rays I needed. I offered to fax my referral to her but she said that was unnecessary and told me to contact my doctor instead to see what X-rays I needed( even tho it was all on the sheet)she said she had tried calling my doctor but no one answered her. She cancelled my appointment. I went to my doctor the next day and they said she did call them but she made no sense when she was talking to them. My doctor said that their should of been no issue and he faxed the referral to her. When I was in my doctors office I called again to tell her he had faxed her my referral and to book my appointment. She was very dismissive and didn't really seem to care she made a mistake. If she had allowed me to fax my referral when I asked this wouldn't of happened. The ultra sound technician was amazing. She was sweet and the process went smoothly. That is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. The ultra sound was great it was just the way Vanessa handled the situation.
