I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

    What a rude encounter after walking inside this morning. I didn't even hear a greeting. The first…read morewords the gal working in the front desk said was to see my ID, ask for my appointment time, then payment plan with either cash or credit card. She looked unhappy! It was funny though, but yet still annoying. The front desk at the x-ray department in the same building is much nicer when I went for X-rays. Anyhow, this diagnostic office have to separate departments. X-rays in front of the building, and MRI in the rear. I don't know why this place is always so busy with people. Are they that busy that they don't need your business anymore, therefore they're so mean? Not sure, but seems like it. Their technicians are more friendly. Very professional about what they're doing. Also very careful about you not getting radiation nor a shock. Each room is equipped with a machine for x-rays or mri. It's also well ventilated. Parking is bad horrendous. The parking lot is small, and is usually filled. I'm glad a security guard keeps an eye out. Overall, the staff does their jobs accordingly. I just don't understand why the front desk people are always so mean and rude. We get anxiety coming here, and unfortunately they make it worse. I've Been here a couple times already for both x-rays and an mri. Not a pleasant environment place to be. It's too hectic from both the office staff and the people. Thank goodness the technicians are nicer.

    Terrible experience and poor service…read more I went to my orthopedic doctor appointment today and brought the MRI CD from this DMG location with me. My orthopedic doctor told me the CD was empty and that there was no report on the disc at all. He suggested that I go back to DMG to either ask for a refund of the $15 fee or at least get a printed copy of the report. I arrived at DMG around 2 PM. Unfortunately, the staff members were not very helpful or friendly. They simply told me to sit and wait while they checked the issue. I had another appointment at 3:30 PM, so after waiting for about 30 minutes with no update, I had to go back and ask what was going on because I didn't want to miss my next appointment. They told me they were making a new CD and that I needed to give them time. I explained again that I had another appointment at 3:30 PM, but they just kept telling me to wait. Eventually, they gave me a new CD, but honestly, I didn't want to risk another problem. So I asked if I could also get a printed copy of the MRI report in case the CD still didn't work. The staff member initially told me they don't provide paper copies. I was confused because clearly they are able to send the report to my family doctor, so why can't I, as the patient, get a copy of my own report? After going to the back office, they finally gave me both a new CD and a printed copy of the report. But honestly, why is asking for my own MRI report treated like I did something wrong? I was sitting there waiting for over an hour for the CD after the MRI screening in March 2026, and ended up they gave me an empty CD? Does it make any sense?

    SCOTT YOU ARE THE MAN!!!…read more.... I'll start off by saying the building is located in the front of White memorial hospital so it is super easy to find and parking is great and easy but you do need to pay and they do not validate (Bummer) but I was out within 1 1/2 hours so I wasn't really tripping on payment. The imaging center is super clean and very pleasant as you enter. You are greeted by the receptionist which are always very professional and courteous. So now that you know about the imaging center let me tell you about Scott the imaging technician that was doing my MRI. He is thee best and I mean thee best technician I have ever met in my life. He made me feel so comfortable and asked questions about my injury. He was so easy to talk to he made you feel like you were the only person that he had to deal with that whole day and by me saying that you could tell he loved his job and he would go out of his way for any patient he may have, his smile to his appearance and through the way he talked was remarkable and definitely he made an impression that I even asked to speak to the manager to commend on how great and how helpful he was. I don't usually do that but for Scott he definitely needed to be recognized. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Imaging center you have a great person working there and Scott is his name and I will definitely tell friends and family where to go and who to ask for if they ever need MRI. "KEEPING IT 1 HUNNID"

I called To book and appointment and they said that the scheduler wasn't in so they told me to call back the following day. I called back and she still wasn't in so they told me to leave my info and she would get back to me when she arrived. That evening she called me and was able to schedule me in 2 days later which I was happy about. The evening before my appointment Vanessa calls me and says that they are not able to do my x rays because she doesn't understand what type of X-rays I needed. I offered to fax my referral to her but she said that was unnecessary and told me to contact my doctor instead to see what X-rays I needed( even tho it was all on the sheet)she said she had tried calling my doctor but no one answered her. She cancelled my appointment. I went to my doctor the next day and they said she did call them but she made no sense when she was talking to them. My doctor said that their should of been no issue and he faxed the referral to her. When I was in my doctors office I called again to tell her he had faxed her my referral and to book my appointment. She was very dismissive and didn't really seem to care she made a mistake. If she had allowed me to fax my referral when I asked this wouldn't of happened. The ultra sound technician was amazing. She was sweet and the process went smoothly. That is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. The ultra sound was great it was just the way Vanessa handled the situation.
