Changing it to 4 stars Went to my PCP for a possible bone fracture/sprain. I was told to go get my x-ray at this location. I left my doctors office around 3 pm or so. I tried calling this location to see if they can still take me in but no one ever picked up. Yelp says they close at 5 pm so I went anyway. Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. Anyway, I wasted my time going here and now I gotta take some time off work again just to get my x rays done on a different day.

The woman at the front desk with the outdated bleached hair seriously needs to have her attitude…read morechecked. The level of rudeness and arrogance is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical office. People come here because they are sick, worried, and nervous about what they may be diagnosed with. Nobody is asking the front desk staff to be warm and fuzzy, but basic politeness and professionalism should be the bare minimum. My mother had an appointment, and I walked up to the front desk to sign her in. This woman completely ignored me. I stood there waiting, not knowing whether I was supposed to sign something, sit down, or continue standing there. Finally, I had to ask, "Am I just supposed to stand here?" Her response was simply, "Yes." Seriously? What kind of customer service is that? You work at the front desk. You do not own the office, and you are not doing patients or their families a favor by acknowledging them. There is absolutely no reason to treat people as though they are beneath you or an inconvenience. She needs to be removed from the front desk and retrained on how to interact with patients and their families. If you dislike dealing with people that much, perhaps a front-facing position in a medical office is not the right job for you. And unfortunately, the older woman sitting next to her wasn't much better. What is going on with the front desk at this place? The technicians in the back, on the other hand, were very nice and professional. It's unfortunate that the people patients encounter first leave such an awful impression of the entire office. Management seriously needs to address this. Patients deserve basic respect, especially when they're already walking into a medical office worried about their health.

Going on a Sunday morning was the best choice since the traffic was much lighter. The check in was good and easy. I needed two MRIs of the hip and the knee. The tech explained how long each MRI was going to take which was a half hour for each. When I booked the appointment through Radnet, the rep said it would be 15-20 minutes per MRI. (Please advise your reps of the correct length for each procedure.) The tech started with my hip. The camera board under me was very uncomfortable which I didn't know about. After I was done, the tech asked me if I was ready to proceed with the knee. I said "yes," but my back was hurting. He put a wedge under my other knee to help the pain, but it did not help. Then he mentioned that he could take the camera pad out from under me. This helped immensely, and then we proceeded for another half hour. I'm glad it's over with, but I would have appreciated more explanation about the camera board. Also, the booking rep should give the exact length of time for each MRI.

Nice and efficient. Nice staff members and provided clear instructions. Nice changing rooms. I can see that place getting packed quickly as the day goes on. Irene (I think this was her name) a middle aged lady who was the mammogram technician. Since it was my first time, she was very gentle and kind. She told me once the first time is over, she's won't be as nice. Lol I'm sure she was joking. I never knew how labor intensive this imaging was and it can definitely mess up the image with even an overlapped piece of skin. We retook one due to this very reason. I got to look at my boobie images after. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo. It was very cool to look at. Radiologist reviewed it and I got my results on the portal quickly.
