They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Many, many weeks went by without a word from UPS or Pakmail Miami and I contacted Maria and Ricardo again to inform that no one from UPS had contacted me (entirely on my own initiative I had sent a complete photographic record of the damages) They emailed me claiming FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that I had only been covered by insurance for the minimum amount of $100, claiming falsely that I had wanted to save money on insurance and also that too much time had passed and UPS would not consider any claim. ***I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO AS A RESULT OF WHAT I CONSIDER BLANTANT NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PAKMAIL MIAMI. ***IT IS ALSO MY OPINION, if that isn't clear, THAT THE OWNERS OF PAKMAIL MIAMI ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY! ***All supporting emails are available for review.

When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

My current experience cements that UPS is definitely the worst of them! I ordered a new iPhone, and for whatever reason my carrier delivered through this company. Sidetracking for sake of comparison, I ordered the new Apple Watch directly from Apple. They shipped thru UPS competition. My watch came on the promised date and time, well packaged and I'm already using said watch. Now, with regard to my erstwhile new phone. Even though my delivery clearly states that delivery is to a business address, UPS gives themselves a delivery window to 9pm. At that time, I'm typically at the gym and my office lobby is closed. The only thing this place has going for it is that it has a historical marker for where Amelia Earhart took off for on her fateful flight. Sadly, it appears my phone order is in a similar limbo. Tracking the package on the ups app, it showed "Out for Delivery " yet another line item on the screen shows that it was at the UPS customer center. I don't remember what combination I pressed in their extremely customer unfriendly Voice response system because it in ear impossible to speak directly to an agent, but said agent said the package was at the Hialeah location. Off I drive to this facility and it's extremely austere waiting room only to find that my package was..NOT THERE. I try calling the 800 number again but alas no luck this time in speaking with a person. As of this moment, the app shows my order as "Information Unavailable ". Hence the 1 star review. Most people are tech savvy enough that we would use apps for a majority of dealings with a business. In my case, I only call when it's something significant. Therefore, make it easier to directly talk to an agent!
