The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

Do not do passport photos here!!…read more I had passport photos done and they did not use the right setting for indoor portraits that mitigates skin from looking a different color - mine came out amber orange color. This is due to the lighting in the store. After looking at the photos in natural light I could see they needed to be redone. It's called " tungsten" affect and can be mitigated with the right camera setting. I requested to retake the photos and explained the tungsten setting and they refused to listen or do it without charging me another $16 when the photos clearly look bright orange. I was planning to invest $$$ on the expedited passport renewal service but they just lost my business. It's unreal how simple and cheap it is to simply redo the photos versus the way they treated my business. Never going here again.

Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost.
