Y'all, I've been here twice now and both times I've had zero complaints. Who'd have thought you could actually enjoy and look forward to sending packages? This UPS Store is clean, organized, not too busy, and the customer service is excellent. I've literally walked in with a pile of stuff that needed to be sent out (a friend's headphones, paperwork, a check, letters that needed envelopes (I'm a mess, okay?), and the dudes here took care of me happily and patiently. They wrapped up my things, we double checked the addresses, they explained whether or not I should insure something, they were efficient and sweet, and I knew I was being taken care of without being swindled into spending any unnecessary monies. Maybe it's because I've come mid-afternoon, but I haven't had to wait in line for more than a couple minutes at this location. Who wants presents!? I'm very unhappy with this store. It's locally owned, and the owner has instituted a charge to print a label ($2.99) AND a fee to tape your box shut ($0.50 per piece of tape). They are already making money from me dropping off an international package. I don't like being nickel-and-dimed for bringing them a big ship job. I followed Amazon's instructions exactly to return a package that arrived with the contents broken. It simply says to put it in a box, remove barcodes and show the QR code at any UPS store. They tried to tell me it couldn't be returned in the manufacturer's box even though that's the box it was shipped in. Furthermore they then tried to say it needed the original shipping label on the box. I think they're just trying to sell more boxes! We went in for a pretty simplistic box of books and framed military and photo memorabilia to be packed and shipped cross country. Caleb made the experience anything but simple. Not only were his questions confusing (on a scale of 1 to 10 how fragile are these glass framed pictures??), he oddly perused personal photos that were in stacks and clearly not fragile. I would give zero stars if possible. Owner, Darrell, was rude and not helpful at all. When returning an Amazon item he insisted it had to be in another box, it could not be returned in the manufacturer's original box. Amazon return instructions did not indicate it had to be repackaged. He scammed me out of $5 for a box and tape. Then got bent out of shape when I called him on it. I made a private comment to my husband that next time I'd go to Kohls. The Owner took a step back, puffed out his chest, gave me a dirty look and rolled his eyes at me and became very confrontational. Very unprofessional behavior for a business owner. Darrell threatened to cancel the purchase for us to take our return to Kohls. He complained that he hears it 30 times a day. That's a him problem, not a me problem. Maybe you need to change your business model and remember that your there for us, the customer. If you have no customers you have no business. read more

I love coming here and always have a good experience! The employees are kind and helpful. I once had to mail a package to my mom in another state and the woman helping me was very thorough and double checked everything with me before printing the shipping label and sending the package. There's a parking lot but it's shared with Safeway and other stores so keep that in mind because sometimes it's crowded during the lunch and after work/school rush. One time a woman was struggling to carry in packages and an employee offered to help her bring the rest in from her car. Terrible service, do you self a favor and go to any other UPS store. I went into this UPS store to return some Amazon packages and the manager Darrell was so rude and disrespectful would not let me talk or explain. He kept talking over me and mansplaining. Additionally, he kept trying to upsell me additional products which were not necessary for my return. He was so rude that I asked to speak to the manager and was surprised when he told me he was due his lack of managerial and communication skills. I then asked if the other person there could help me because he was so rude and the older women (I think Sofia) was just as rude. Needless to say I will not give this store any of my business. I thought it was just me but my husband walked over to the UPS store on 20th and came home and asked me "what is up with the people working in the UPS store?" He then shared his own disrespectful interaction with the people working there. Same guy we think his name is Darrell. Before I moved to this neighborhood I have always gone to the UPS store on Colorado and 7th. I've always had positive interactions there. I have been to many ups stores in my life but have never been confronted with level of utter rudeness that I just did. I tried to enter with my ESA animal and was told no animals, when I questioned why am ESA animal with tags could not enter ( I have never been allowed access even at restaurants) the man behind the counter got all puffed up and even after o tied her up outside, he told me to leave. I had only questioned him about the ESA policy. I spend a ton of money with UPS and am appalled to be treated this way. This place is beyond incompetent. UPS delivered a package to our home that was clearly not ours, not the same name, not the same address, pretty obvious. I took the package to the store to have it sent back to the return address to which I was informed "we are not actually UPS and can't take rejected packages" this came from a woman wearing a shirt with the UPS logo on it and I pointed to the UPS logo on the door and they said that they were not actually UPS. I left it with them and said you dispose of it anyway you wish., The next day the package was back on my doorstep. This is a mixed review for UPS and this particular store (5 for the store. 1 for UPS): I recently purchased an expensive antique and the shipper chose this location to ship it from. Apparently they packaged the item at this store on Saturday at 4:00pm, generated a shipping label, then it sat until Monday afternoon. Picked up Monday evening the tracking number only reported that a label had been generated and 24 hours later it's still that way. A huge amount of thanks to James for calling UPS and getting me all the information he could to try and locate this package. I ended up on the phone for over an hour and was worn down by the corporate bs from UPS. I just hope the package shows up... read more

RUDE AND RACIST. This establishment should be ashamed of allowing an employee to be so incredibly rude and racist towards people. My skin color does NOT dictate that I am afflicted by any disease. I understand that during this challenging time of COVID-18, we're extra weary of the unknown, and it's a scary time. But that is no excuse to treat others so poorly. Acting as if my boxes and I am diseased and talking down to me as if I were bothering you for merely existing is inexcusable. Her treatment of the customer right after me showed the stark difference in how she treats a woman of Asian decent versus a someone who looks more like her. No issues handling that woman's package. And for the record, I was not coughing, sneezing, exhibiting any signs of illness, and I was not rude or demanding or anything of the like. My offense to her was being Asian during this pandemic. Not that great. I have a mailbox here and ship stuff occasionally. When you receive packages here you are made to sign 'something' on the pin pad. It used to be that you would receive one slip per package and sign each slip. Now you are asked to 'sign here' literally no way to know what are you signing. The problem with that is there is also no way to know HOW MANY packages you are signing for. You're just supposed to sign and hope for the best. Not even the clerk knows how many packages you receive and he will just attempt to count them when you pick up. Also, it is Impossible to send a USPS package from this location or obtain a USPS box. Other UPS locations do not have this problem. On the bright side the people working there are always helpful and will help you carry your stuff to the car. read more
