Bill says they charge $30 in late fees if 60 days late. Im 30 days late and they increased my total by $70. I wish I knew what roads these were so I could avoid at all costs:

Not even sure how many times I have requested that I sold a vehicle but they keep placing this on my account and sending me past-due letters. The car was sold Last summer, all documents were provided and yet, the ignorance of the billing department has yet to help address the issue. When I call, they do not know how to support my request. If you stop sending me a bill for something that I no longer own, it would be nice for a change. Maybe it will be better to post it for all public to see so that everyone can tell that this car is no longer mine. Its not my fault for someone who decided not to be responsible and transfer the information into his name. I have completed my part, the car was sold and documented as sold. I have provided the documents months ago and still receive due notices for something I have already disputed. This process is ludicrous and unprofessional when the seller and responsible party has completed their part.

This company is corrupt and only cares about making money for it's own gain. I love how you think it is a good idea to pump all the middle and lower middle classes' hard-earned money for your own economic gain. I love how the only reason we use toll roads is because of the chaos you and TXDOT created when you decided not to actually make a road system that would support the number of people the state allowed to move here because of all the Tech companies and developers you let build in the Central Texas area. So, let's raise the toll roads by 8% because of inflation and think the public has a never-ending money supply. You should probably do your job and fix things to justify that decision. How about we take 8% of your pay away because of inflation? That sounds fair. The government and public workers are supposed to be servants of the public. The decisions you make to raise tolls constantly every year hurt the people who can't afford to lose more. It will never hurt the rich or the wealthier class that has migrated to central texas. These decisions hurt the teacher, which takes the toll to avoid the extra 15 mins of traffic to have an opportunity to get to school earlier to set up for the day before the students arrive. You hurt the working-class person that uses the toll road to get to their place of work in an efficient time because they want to avoid the traffic congestion the city and state created. The higher class of citizens from around the central texas area are only a fraction of your everyday customers. You are hurting most of your consumer audience because of your careless decisions.

We also had to call the help center when we tried to dock the bikes and could not. The only plus is that the bikes can be taken on the bike /hike path while the scooters are prohibited.

Both bikes were fine, but the best part was the customer service from B-Cycle, now called Metrobike. Their staffers were so friendly and helpful-they legit showed interest in me as a customer and desire for me to be happy! Yay! Something that's sorely lacking right now. Plus, they had THE CLOSEST docking station to ACL (by a lot), at the corner of Sterzing and Barton Springs Road. Far closer than the mandatory scooter parking (geofencing prohibits you getting any closer-you have to take them to Toomey). I made that mistake Day 1 ACL. I will for sure use these bikes again. Happy to have them around central Austin. *The payment options are clearly stated on the app and the website. Not sure what others are bellyaching about. Each amount on the app has a drop-down with a VERY clear description of what you're buying. Jeez.

Arrived in Austin within 3ish hours. The sucky thing is the seats are really small. You are cramped up. The charging stations at each seat is just a plug. No USB charging here. The free wifi sucks as well. The good thing is if the bus isn't full you can move to another seat. Our first bus driver was a chatty Kathy, but I had earpods in and watched nexflix on my phone. Our driver on the way home gave a Sunday sermon before we left Austin and it was awkward. All in all. Put your earbuds in and sit back, relax (if there's room) and let someone else take the stress out of your drive to and from Austin. The drive goes by so fast. PS - looking at the photos - we did not get a double decker bus to or from Austin.

You can check in with the people inside the center by showing your ticket. It is always better to arrive early than late because the buses usually leave on time. I like how there is a waiting area. There are also restrooms. (There are restrooms on the bus too and they're usually clean). Most of the time, there is no Wi-Fi on the Megabus even though they do say they have it. Sometimes the outlets don't work so you should fully charge what you need. It is a good way for an inexpensive longer ride. They can be as low as $1 if you get them early. You do have to ride with strangers though.

Gah! This is an expensive way to travel. It ain't cheap to drive this fast. But this toll road is…read morefamous- it's got some of the highest posted speed limits in the United States. You can legally go 85 mph through here. The roads are wide, with nice shoulders and clear signage, so it's easy to go 85 through here. You don't get to see much on this toll road. It kinda takes you around Austin at high speed, and there aren't too many exit, or on-ramps, and there aren't any businesses directly along the toll road, just on the frontage roads. It always kinda feels like big brother is watching you going through here. I've never seen any patrol cars enforcing the 85 mph speed limit, but they take photos of you entering and exiting the toll road, so I assume they could figure out your average speed and handle things accordingly. But they don't. They just hit you with high tolls for using this roadway. Rumor has it, the company that runs this tollway isn't doing so hot.

One of the red lights has already burned out. I'm quite surprised any road builder is still using incandescent traffic lights, LEDs have long proven to be more cost effective when you factor in the labor (and traffic) cost of replacing a bulb. Incandescence - good for desire, wit, stars, not so much for traffic lights.
