The conductors were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. The children particularly enjoyed the ride, making it a memorable family outing. Highly recommend the Metro Rail for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable transportation option in the Austin area!

I guess that's why we all get to start paying increased fare so normal people who actually work get to pay for these freeloaders. They advertise busses arriving 15 minutes apart. That's a joke. Easily waited an hour yesterday for a 20 to arrive. Also there's a new awesome thing happening. The fare boxes are very sensitive and they will take money out of your cards just walking by. I just woke up to a charge on my card. They told me it was a tap and pay but I never use that. I only use UMO. So beware if you walk by even without your Google wallet up it can charge you. I would call that theft. Awesome it wont let me add a photo of all the cancelled buses. Ive also been wanting to upload pictures of all the filthy trash cans. This company sucks so bad. I got to try out their smartcar and Mercedes GLA. I had trouble figuring out how to start the ignition on the smartcar, so I contacted their support line and was able to get help from a customer representative immediately. The daily rental can get a little expensive. The daily rental for the smartcar cost $69. I believe it's advertised as $59 on the Austin car2go site, but that price doesn't include taxes and fees. The daily rental for the GLA came out to $92. It's advertised as $79 on the site. Over all, car2go made my trip to Austin more enjoyable. I was able to drive out of the city to hike and zipline. However, I'm docking a star off because of their lack of transparency about prices.
