She was excellent in handling all the airfare, cruise staterooms, handicap/ADA assistance for my mom and all airport/cruise/hotel private transfers! Everything she did went flawlessly! There were a few unforeseen/unplanned issues at airport transfers/handicap issues but I'd hire Diana to put correct and she would! If you ever want an excellent travel agent Diana is the one! Bit of background on me- I met Diana and her husband on a recent cruise and exchanged info just in case but usually I book cruises myself (this is the 30th) and Mom wanted a heavy Adratic cruise and I wasn't finding much.. I remember Diana and reached out to her- she found several options in a day and followed through given all my requests. Diana follows through and is always super attentive and delivers!

To say that I would encourage you to use Natalie and Travel Abundance to plan your next trip would be an understatement! Call her now!

Do NOT sign the contract, unless you want to do the work yourself!…read moreI hired Natalie to organize my wedding in Punta Cana, DR and I chose her over other travel agents because she sells herself very well. Many promises were made during the interview, most delivered with attitude and only after demanding them. Issues: 1. She's very nice and proactive when it comes to charge you for everything in advance, once you submit your payment you will barely hear from her and Natalie acts as she's being bothered every time you contact her. 2. My fiancé's best man emailed and called her way in advance and she never responded. Forcing him to make his own reservations. 3. When I asked her about our website and distributing this to our guests, she told me that I had to send it to all my guests. I then questioned her asking if that wasn't her job since she's the one getting paid for this and she had the nerve to call me "rude" when all I was asking her is to do her job and make money off my guests and myself. 4. On repeated occasions she told me that "I wasn't her only client", and you will receive this treatment from Natalie when you demand her to stick with what she promises. I truly believe being a TA is no longer her passion, you can tell she's no longer good at it. 5. I have had at least 5 families in my wedding party reporting that Natalie was rude to them when they asked questions and she was impatient with them. They had to make their own accommodations because of this without using Natalie, which let me to not have the minimum required number of guests (due to Natalie's incompetence and lack of empathy), the hotel was willing to work with me, after noticing how unhappy I was with Natalie as my travel agent. 6. Even my wedding coordinator noticed Natalie's lack of attention and coordination as her emails are disorganized. She forgets what information she was given and then asks you to find the information for her. Again, I ended up doing majority of her tasks. 7. She will promise an app to be delivered 2 weeks before departure. She breached her own contract and posted this app 2 days before departure with MANY mistakes that I had to point out for her to fix. 8. I tried to break the contract with her on a couple of occasions and after consulting with the hotel in the DR, I was going to punish my guests in order to get rid of Natalie, which in good faith, it's the only reason that prevented me from doing so. 9. I guarantee that you will have to triple check EVERYTHING that Natalie does because in every single task, there were mistakes. Wrong itineraries, wrong names, wrong dates, you name it. The purpose of this review is to avoid more people to go through what I went through. I wish I would have never gone under contract with TravelAbundance or with Natalie, don't make the same mistake I made! Go somewhere else.

You cannot get ahold of anyone and they are unresponsive. Nothing to discredit Chad for he did what he could when our flight was cancelled and was available when we called stranded in Mexico at 11:30 at night, because Nexus Transporation refused to take us to our resort due to our flight being cancelled and not showing up for our original shuttle the prior day of which Chad called and tried to arrange. If they have you using Nexus Transporation i would run and argue not to use them. Go look at the reviews online for Nexus if you do not believe me they had 3 stars before my review. What I am not happy about is we were told on the original reservation we would be receiving credits at our resort of $400.00 for our group on our original invoice. I later get to the resort to find out some of us received the credits and some did not. I was pretty livid when I asked about them and he said nobody received credits meanwhile a few of us got to use them and few did not. Our original travel documentation we received had our shuttle scheduled to the airport returning home at a time that was not sufficient for to make our plane. If we kept the original reservation we would have missed our plane. I had to reach out to Chad to fix which he did. More or less I spent most of the time arguing with Nexus Transportation and Engage Vacations to fix my travel issues. Chad was responsive which is why I am giving the 3 stars.
