On the day of the event, the wedding party was picked up by one 56-person charter bus and two smaller busses (without bathrooms) - we were not informed of the change of plans and paid extra for the luxury buses with bathrooms. All buses were then supposed to pick up guests at our hotel block downtown after dropping off the wedding party. Only the charter bus went to pick people up and after the bus filled up, the bus driver informed the remaining guests another bus would be there shortly. There wasn't. More than 20 guests had to pay for an Uber/Lyft to attend our wedding, several of which missed the ceremony. Upon reaching out for a refund, we were offered a measly 10% discount and they would not budge. It then took them 6 weeks to process our request and we are still awaiting a check. While customer service in the planning phase was top-notch, their handling of the service day-of and resolution after-the-fact was piss-poor at best. Would recommend finding another vendor over Clark Travel.

It was our first time traveling to Europe and we didn't plan a typical novice trip. We wanted to go to Venice, Sicily, Capri, Naples and Rome in this short span of time. With Cristina's assistance, this trip was possible and absolutely amazing! I still can't believe how much we experienced on this trip. She's knowledgeable and worked well with accommodating our wishes. She gave us multiple hotel options to choose from for each of the cities we wanted to visit. She also helped us get tickets for ferries and trains so we wouldn't have to worry about it in Italy. I definitely will be contacting Cristina for my future vacations!

She took care of booking most everything and gave detailed directions on where to go and who to talk to. Made our entire trip a breeze and carefree! The pre-cruise preparation were awful! The guide and co-owner, Amy, provided little in the way of information until just before the cruise and told us to take more than was needed. Aside from an orientation session, information was hard to come by and getting emails from her was like pulling teeth. I strongly discourage anyone from booking travel at this agency.

It seems that she bends over backwards following up to all my questions (and I have many). I am a very high maintenance traveler requiring certain things for cruises and recently demanding the very best on my trip to Italy. She goes above and beyond always, calling me in the evening when most travel agencies are closed. Yes, she takes care of the fine details even when she should be off the clock. While I was in Italy, I realized how many details she took care of from the five different hotels I stayed at to all the dinner reservations and tours. Before the trip, she treated me to coffee at Starbucks while she handed over all my travel docs and explained everything I needed to know. Over an hour she spent with me on a Saturday morning just to provide the kind of service that you don't find with many travel agencies. I'm going back to Amy this summer for Alaska and Australia in the fall. There is no one else I would trust my travel planning to. I hound her a lot and call her maybe too much with ideas and questions, but she never loses patience with me, always giving me the utmost quality service. FYI...Can I Go Travel does not specialize in Gay travel. Not that it should matter...I have nothing against that, but I've been using this company long enough to know that is not true...so I have to set the record straight Can I Go Travel is the best in my book. Quote me on that. Tom
