I would highly recommend Marks services! I called one day with an urgent renewal situation. He got me in the next day. I went with the 2 week expedite. My passport arrived on my front door 3 business days later. Perfect! He took a good photo too read more

Very professional and got passport very quickly. I completely recommend this business.

My Son needed a passport for a spontaneous trip to Europe. I did a lot of research and asked around for the best company to use. We found Mark at Ace Passport Services. It was a great experience. He walked us through the whole process and delivered everything as promised. Thanks to Mark, my Son is off to have an experience of a lifetime!!! read more

Mark is great to work with. He gave me simple instructions that made the whole process easy. We did a rush getting our passports and got the passports in less than a week. Very happy! read more

Mark was an absolute GODSEND-- let him help you before you go anywhere else! He is knowledgeable and kind and truly went above and beyond! Thank goodness I checked the Better Business Bureau before going with a competitor-- it's not just the price, which is much better than his competitors, but he FULLY understands the ins and outs of the process as he's been in business since the 90s. I was looking to RENEW my passport, but I kept getting the same instructions from every passport rush service -- they couldn't do ANYTHING until TWO weeks before I travelled, and that meant I would be forced into a 5 day turnaround (their most expensive package) AND I would have to wait in limbo for three weeks before everything kicked off. This was a wildly stressful option. LUCKILY I called Ace passports and Mike explained that since it was a simple renewal, he could get me my passport in about a week from when I got him my documents. He got on the phone with me to talk me though the online form which was very simple (not mentioned or proffered by any of the other businesses) and coached me though my stresses and answered all my questions (which were many). He was accommodating, patient, & most importantly he came though perfectly. I got my passport 3 weeks before flying rather than stressing for a month. You won't regret using his services-- I recommend checking the Better Business Bureau before anything else, because there are a lot of scams out there, preying on your fear. read more

I needed my passport for an upcoming trip-I attempted to make an appointment with other acceptance centers, but no luck within 100 miles. Then I was introduced to Mark. I dropped off my paperwork over the weekend, Monday my passport status showed "processing", Wednesday the status showed, "shipped". If you need PASSPORT FAST and a DEPENDABLE, TRUSTWORTHY Agent, call MARK @ ACE PASSPORT SERVICES, you will not be disappointed. #girlstrip2023ishappening read more

Mark was very professional and efficient. I needed to have my passport renewed in 12 days to travel out of the country. Mark walked me through the steps and handled everything. I received my renewal in 7 days. He did a great job! I recommend him highly. read more

I've used Mark's services from Ace Passport Services twice now. Both times, I needed rush service for a passport. Both times - Mark came through and was able to get the passport turned around for me lightning fast. He even included a free cover for my brand new passport, and he can take the passport photos directly from his office. It's truly a one-stop shop, and I don't think the processing time can be beat. On this most recent passport application, I got it in 2 business days. I know when I use Ace, I can be confident everything is going to be done right the first time - and it's going to be done extremely quickly. Can't go wrong here. read more

Great, fast and efficient service! Thank you Mark for expediting my Passport!! Superb service!

Quick and easy renewal for our passports. Going on a Cruise and ours had expired and with Christmas did not trust the government turnaround to get them back to us in time. The $95.00 fee X 2 was well worth NOT having to drive 3 plus hours to a Passport office in Houston or Dallas. Mark even called to make sure we had received them via FedEx! Thank you!! read more

"Your PASSPORT will be required for check-in." What had I just done? I had not seen my passport in YEARS and I had less than a week to get a new one. LESS THAN ONE WEEK.* Calm clarity and focused voice was what I was looking for, not just lowest cost. Mr. mumble-non-present-speed-talker was NOT going to get my business. WHY you ask? because in my head, it was FREAK OUT time! It was LOUD and I felt the urgency like an internal time bomb. Was this even POSSIBLE to get a passport in less than a week? Kathy was amazing and walked me through the process on the phone so I would know what to bring and how much it would cost. Their website is very clear about services offered and prices. They have a 5 day service and a 3 day service and I asked Kathy if I should just pay the extra $$ to insure it would be on time. She said no... save that money for your trip, "If we say 5 days, it will be 5 days or less." She was right... "Hi, this is Kathy with Ace Passports calling to let you know that your passport is finished and will be delivered by 3:00 today to your home. Thank you so much. Check out your spelling and date of birth and everything else. Thank you for choosing us." Flood of relief. THEY WERE A DAY EARLY. Thank you! FYI, ACE used to be called A RUSH. A RUSH is still a business listing for passports, but your calls will come here. They have "same day" passport services available for extreme emergencies. This is a local company, but they serve people all over the U.S. *BE CAREFUL, the people you meet on yelp. That is all i gotta say. If you let them, they may change your life. One of my best friends and her beautiful family had moved to Toronto. We met in an AUSTIN YELP TALK THREAD. Man, talk about life savers. In. sane. To illustrate the glory that is A Rush Passport, I will just give you the timeline. Monday 9 AM: I find out there's been a death in the Family, in Germany. Suckfest. Monday 1 PM: I've spent 3 hours calling old attorney friends of mine, their immigration law attorneys, and every passport outlet my family had ever used. No luck. Several condescending conversations and put downs later, I realized I might be out of luck and there was no way my mother's expired passport would be available by the time they leave thursday morning (tickets were already purchased). Monday 4 PM: Through another friend and the interwebs, I find A Rush Passport, look at their site (which is simple and straightforward, and therefore a bit disconcerting), and give them a call. Talk to the fellow on the other end of the line, and he tells me he can get me the passport by wednesday at 10 AM if we show up today with the paperwork and an itinerary. HAH, yeah right. Monday 5 PM: We left A Rush Passport with lighter wallets and an all-in bet that this would work out. Tuesday: Panic still ensuing. Wednesday 10 AM: Fedex rings the doorbell. Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new US Passport. Simply amazing. We dropped just over 2 Benjamins on the new passport and it was worth it. Don't waste your time with anyone else. If you're in need of a passport as soon as humanly possible, call these guys, they're dependable to a fault. Hopefully won't need them again, but tell everyone you know. read more

This place is a find. Not cheap but they really helped me get my passport renewed so I can hope a plane to Tokyo next month (nooo, not to take submarine back to Pyongyang...). They deal will all of the hassle of filing for with the passport agency and do it quickly. My new passport was back in a week. I also understand that they can handle the pesky application for Russian visas (get stopped on a train at the Russian border without the right combination of checks and stamps on your visa and see what happens! - American spy!). It ain't cheap ($95 + $135 passport fee) but worth it to know that you will not be missing your departure due to some overworked bureaucrat pasting photos into passports in DC. read more

It turns out they airline won't let you leave the country without a passport, even though Mexico only requires a birth certificate and driver's license. Jack Bauer would approve. It was Wednesday at 7pm, and I had just discovered that my passport expired a week ago. I had a flight to go to Friday afternoon, and I was just about ready to cancel my flight. Then a friend clued me into A Rush Passport, and they walked me through everything, detail by detail, and I got my stuff together by 8:40pm to the Fedex office (which closes at 9pm) and got my passport Friday at 7am. I was impressed with how detailed and thorough the service rep (Mark) was, and of course, I was impressed that I got a fresh passport in less than 48 hours. read more

We're really unorganized when it comes to planning travel -- so just over a week before getting on a plane to South America, we realized we needed a visa to visit Brazil. I found Ace online, called Mark, and he assured me we could get it by the time we left. (I called a couple of others, but they had rush fees and Ace didnt) There is something terrifying about handing over your passport to a stranger (who will then give it to a courier), especially when you're planning on leaving the country a week later. I'm happy to report that the passports arrived on our doorsteps, with Visas, exactly when Mark said they would!! Thanks Mark for savin' our butts! read more

Ace passport service was phenomena! the customer service you recieve deserves all the stars. Truly top notch I've used Ace twice. Once in 2012 and again in 2015. In 2012 my passport was damaged and I needed a replacement in 7 days. Mark handled everything and actually got it for me in a few days. Confusing paper work, photos, everything he took care of. Two weeks ago I needed a passport for my 9 month old son for an emergency trip. Mark and his wife handled it all. We needed the passport within 3 days, Mark had the passport in our hands in 24 hours. He handled all the confusing stuff immediately, called to make sure everything was great. What an amazing service Can't recommend enough. read more

I wanted to use them based on the good yelp review. But I guess most of them were from years ago and things has changed. I called to check on rates and what info I need for a visa service. First time I kept hearing their phone beep and the person said to hold on to switch a phone, next thing I know I got hang up. No big deal, I called back and asked about info and once again phone call dropped. 3rd.... at 4th phone call I asked why did I keep getting hang up, and the person HANG UP right after I asked the question. Seriously??? Glad I called in to check on price first since I will not want to use this service EVER! read more

Amazing customer service and value! If you need a hassle free passport and you are in a hurry look no further. My wife and I needed first time passports in short notice, Mark was honest which saved us money and gave me easy instructions to follow. I had to call a few times to make sure I had everything exactly the way it was needed and he always picked up on the first ring and helped me out without me feeling like I was a pain. Our passports arrived earlier than expected and he followed up with me as soon as they were at my office with a phone call to make sure everything was perfect. I will send everyone I know to Mark from here on out. read more

Family is going on a cruise in the next few weeks and wanted to get a passport for our toddler. Didn't have enough time to do it through the normal methods, and after some research it looked like trying to do the rushing process ourselves would have been very difficult. We found Ace Passport services online and have been very happy with the results. Went to Mark's house on a Friday, where we filled out the application and had our child's picture taken (sidenote: very convenient that he offers to create the photo at no additional charge). Immediately after that, we took the information to the court house and spent about an hour there. Took the final paperwork back to Mark. He submitted it and we had the passport in hand the following Friday. Excellent, comprehensive service. read more

Super fast and super friendly. I received my passport in just 5 business days. I cannot recommend Ace highly enough!

The service was extremely wonderful. It was very on time and super fast as well. The staff was polite and very caring for me. They constantly made sure that my need was provided for and they called to even make sure of my passport's arrival. Also they even asked me to double check if the information was correct or else give them a call. Everything was great overall. read more

Well, its been 3 months since I used Ace to get my Brazil Visa for the World Cup and I have yet to get my passport. First they used the excuse they were holding my visa because of potentially waiving my fee for the one time World Cup visa, which I had never asked about. On top of that they said they would not be able to refund the $180 visa fee. So my question to them was why would I try and get a World Cup visa if they weren't going to refund my money. I have called several times, and have not received a call back. I am traveling in several weeks and I am VERY, VERY worried.....oh, and by the way, they told me it would take 10 days. read more

A nice small professional outfit off the south side of Ben White between 1st and S. Congress, these folks will get you to where you need in short time. Here's what a call to these folks gets you: 1. Advice on filling out all the various complicated documentation assorted with a getting a passport. 2. Directions to all the relevant government agencies and their associated web pages from which you can get other important documents. 3. Your passport turned around FAST! About the cost: Certainly they are not cheap, but considering the money you would have to spend on gas getting to Houston, or the time off work you would need to get everything done without these folks, the price is very worth while. What moved me most about these folks is that I must have called them like 8 or 9 times asking for directions on various parts of the process and every time I did so, a nice woman gave concise informed responses that sped me on my way to the next stage. Also cool is that these folks really want to see you travel and if they cannot do something in a timely manner they will direct you to someone who does it faster. As Mark H. Said they also do fancy visa stuff. Fortunately I was traveling to the EU and so it was smooth sailing. read more

Never had to get a passport expedited but these guys are excellent for when you get stuck in that pinch. Great value, they are cheap compared to the other passport expeditors. They did a 5 day turnaround for 95$ (plus govt fees) and I'm leaving flying to Canada 2 days from now! Passport mailed to my door and they took about 15 minutes to take my pictures and get me to fill out the right paperwork. They operate out of they're house but they are very nice and professional, plus cheaper than other for not having to pay Austin rent. read more

So..I needed a Tourist Visa to go to Russia and visit my inlaws again. Previously I had used a company based in Houston, Tx, but since I was now operating out of Austin, I thought I would try a company that was as well. Not the best idea in hindsight..... For what its worth, the Russian government is very picky about its paper work, so getting something wrong is totally possible and they will not work with you, just merely spit back your application and tell you try again and get it right next time. So I contact A-Rush 2 months before Im going to Russia. Its run by a husband and wife. The husband answers, says no problem, he can get it for me in a couple weeks, he's emailing me the app and come in with it filled out, passport, etc.... Cool. So I arrive, he sends all my stuff away, I pay him his $75 fee in addition to the $175 the Russian gov requires. And for a month, I hear nothing.... I began to worry, as I was leaving in a month, and had no visa or my passport back. So I call them. His wife is in the office this time. She tells me there is a slight problem in that the Russians are not accepting my paperwork and she can't figure out why. WHAT?! Im sweating at this point. By this point its too late to mail all my stuff to the Houston company, so Im stuff trying to salvage my Visa app through A-Rush. Literally, once every 2-3days they would re-send some slightly different version of an app to the Russian gov, and it would get rejected everytime. Come 2 weeks before I have to go to Russia, and still, no Visa. It all boiled down to the app info was fine, but Russians use a type of paper that is longer and skinnier than our paper. And when they would go to scan in my app, it wouldnt fit into their scanner, so they would simply throw it away. By the time A-Rush figured this out, I had to pay an additional $175 to expedite the app- and how did it finally get approved? By my husband, literally filling out the app at A-Rush himself on their computer, physically cutting the paper himself to the Russians specifications, and sending it in the mail himself. I finally got my Visa, 3 days before I left. The couple who runs this business is no doubt nice and friendly, but if they didn't know how to deal with Russians, they really should have said something, rather than coming within 3 days of ruining my Christmas and New Year holiday with my family. Poop. read more

A last minute passport feels like a big gamble, no room for error -these guys made the experience quick and easy. Nothing to it. I needed a passport with a two week turn around and that's exactly what I got! Except it came early and they set me up to have it shipped to my front door - so even better. No awful lines like the DMV or other gov't office. They sat me down, walked me through the process, handled all the paperwork, even the photo (often you have to go somewhere else) and got me all taken care of in record time with reasonable pricing. So, ten years from now, if we don't all have microchips in our thumbs, I'll be back. Highly recommended! Thank you! read more
