Mark saved me. I lost my passport and didn't realize until 3 days before my trip. Somehow he made it happen and I'm on my way to Mexico!! Thanks Mark!! read more

Went to Ace on a Monday and the following Monday my passport was delivered. Highly recommend their services... fast, efficient and professional. They even take the passport photos on site. read more

With the dire need of obtaining a passport within a short period of time (10 business days) I looked up several places to expedite the process. I came upon Ace Passport Services and called to speak with Mark. He was straight to the point with what I would need to take care of and provided a clear list of requirements. I have worked with another passport company that is very well known and the service was nowhere near what I got from Mark at Ace Passport Services. Within exactly one week of speaking on the phone with him I had my passport at the front door with an extra week to spare. The cost was extremely competitive and the service was second to none! I highly recommend Mark and Ace Passport Services to anyone in need of rapid turnaround without the sales pitch. read more

I live in Arizona, but it does not matter. Between A-rush and Fed-ex my passport was renewed and the required visa for China was taken care of with a few trips to the local fed-ex. Completely hassle free and impressed with whole operation. If you don't like to deal with the small stuff, like details, I highly recommend them. They went through the list of what I needed, and when everything was taken care of paper work was off and back 36 hours latter. read more

Needing to have a rush on my PP I decided to check out Ace. Mark and his wife were very friendly and helpful from the very start. There was a small delay in delivery of my application due to an issue with the courier. Obviously I was concern this would delay me getting my PP. Mark assured me not to worry and that he would take care of me. Mark certainly made good on his word, as my PP was delivered on time and right to my front door. I couldn't be more happy that things turned out as promised. Thanks Ace read more

Mark absolutely knocked it out of the park! Fast, efficient, explained everything thoroughly and even called to follow up. I give this guy an A++!!! read more

Mark delivered as promised! I'd recommend him to friends and relatives! I needed passports ASAP and he got it done!

Ace Passport Services exceeded expectations on every level. I gotta be honest ... it's a unique experience walking in a stranger's home with a living area converted into a passport office. However, Ace made the entire experience comfortable, straightforward and super easy. From start to finish, working with Ace Passport Services was a flawless process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Austin area looking to expedite or simplify what can be an unnerving component of travelling. read more

I called and made an appointment and they walked me through all of the paperwork I even had to fill out a lost passport form. The experience was seamless and the passport arrived sooner than I had expected. If you're in need of a passport I would definitely go to ace passport services. read more

This is the 2nd time I've used Ace Passport Services. The first was for my husband who was asked to travel internationally for business. At that time his passport had just expired. We rec'd his passport back quickly. Much worth the extra fees. Being a procrastinator, I let my passport expire and continued to "not renew" until well past the 5 year deadline to easily renew. Ugh. Suddenly in a rush to be able to make reservations for a long-needed vacation for my hubby and myself I searched out Mark at Ace. He helped me every step of the way. I was a little high-maintenance with numerous calls but Mark was always pleasant and encouraging -- outlining the steps extremely clearly. All my calls were either answered on the spot or returned quite promptly. In the end, I requested a 2-week rush and got my passport back within a week. I want to say it was only 3-4 working days. Amazing!!!! I highly recommend ACE not only for their extreme professionalism but for their personal touch and superb service. I'm giving ACE (5) stars and I am usually not generous with ratings. Thanks, Mark at ACE! read more

We had planned a trip to Argentina that included a stay at Iguazu Falls. At the last minute we realized we would like to spend a day on the Brazilian side of the falls, but our Brazilian Visas had expired. They were able to get our new Visas in just a couple of days. I was very nervous giving someone my passport to obtain a Visa when we were leaving on a three week trip in less than a week and the Visa was for a one day excursion. Would have felt like an idiot if the passports were not returned timely or lost and the whole trip was screwed up. I let the people at A Rush know how concerned I was and they assured me I had nothing to worry. The passports were back with the requried Visa when promised. read more

Mark was very knowledgable and friendly. He helped me get my passport renewed in less than 30 minutes, and helped me sort out payment even though I had forgotten a check. Well worth his fee, it would have been a major headache to jump through these hoops on my own. read more

Eric helped me and my company Chinese Visas at the last minute. He made an amazing haul to Houston and got it all cleared. Very nice service and excellent follow through. Very recommended. read more

We needed our passports early and Mark took us right in. We set an appointment so he could help us get our paper work in order and he threw in passport photos for no additional charge, saving us about $50! Everything went very smooth and our passports were on our door step with 4 business days. I highly recommend using Mark, he's and expert and at the very least can guide you through this complicated process. Thanks! read more

Mark was great excellent customer service I needed a passport right away and I got the passport in 3 days and couldn't beat they price anywhere in Austin read more

They said it couldn't be done... I had called two other place before getting in touch with Ace. They both said it was never going to happen in 3 business days, not in the middle of summer. Got Mark on the phone and he said the new passport will be delivered by 10:30AM the day of your flight. And it was. Thanks so much! read more

Cannot recommend this service enough! The week before I left for Spain I realized that my passport was missing from a recent move. Mark was so nice and helpful with all the paperwork and procedure, and even got my passport to me a day earlier than I paid for. read more

Just called to get info on obtaining my passport for the first time the gentleman that answered, ( sorry did not get name ) was beyond helpful and professional. He even offered other alternatives to getting the passport services I needed although they did not include using their services. That kind of customer service is rare. Would use and recommend them to anyone. read more

Efficient, quick and professional service. I was a bit unsure as the business is located in a residence; however, when you walk in it's set up like a nice little office and the whole process took only about 10 minutes. I highly recommend Ace if you are in a rush to get your passport or if just don't want the hassle of waiting in the lines. I will definitely use Ace again. read more

I needed to get my passport renewed for a work trip to India. I contacted Mark last Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday to get an expedited passport. Went to Mark's house and filled out all the paperwork (bonus, passport pictures come with using his services). I signed up for the 5 day expedited process and was assured I should have my passport by this Thursday. I received my passport TODAY! I was a little nervous I wouldn't have enough time to process my visa for my upcoming trip and now all is a go with my renewed passport. Can't say what a relief this is and would recommend Ace Passport services! read more

I was in a panic to get my passport within a couple of days. Tried all of the Austin passport services downtown and they couldn't take me. I contacted Ace Passport Services and he told me to head his way. I received my passport in two days. I can't say enough about how grateful I was. read more

Avoid this place. There are plenty of others in town, and I had a great experience with Austin Passports years ago, but chose this place cause it's closer to my house. Mistake. In September we needed a 5 day rush passport for our 2 year old daughter. While in the office I was asked to go to Kinko's to make copies of mine and my husbands passports because the color copier wasn't working. OK, that's not too bad. Then when it came time to go to the courthouse I was handed a folder and told to go to room 301 and tell them I was there for a "walk through" and that Ace Passport was my courier. I specifically asked if everything we needed was in here, I was told it was and we left. Upon arrival at the Courthouse office two of the people working in the office literally laughed and said "Ace Passport is using a new phrase again, it's "walk through" this time." They had no idea what we needed based on that terminology. They looked through the file we had and asked us for a check for $140. We had no clue what they were talking about so I called Ace and was told, "Oh I'm sorry I forgot to tell you that you need a check or money order for $140. Well, you can run down to the 7-11 by the courthouse and get a money order." There I am 5 months pregnant with my 2 year old in tow and I've already parked and made the schlep into the courthouse and he casually says I can "run down to 7-11." He took no responsibility and had no compassion for the mistake he made that caused this very inconvenient situation for my family. We had to leave and my husband had to get to work and so we were back at square one and had lost an entire business day in this process. All because the guy whose been doing this 19 years "forgot" to tell us we'd need a check. Two days later when I returned to turn in the courthouse paperwork, the guy didn't even recognize me and when I reminded him who I was he laughed and casually said, "oh sorry about that." Doesn't sound like they are very passionate about customer satisfaction after all. read more

Wow! I needed a passport within one week to go to Europe and these people were a life saver! Yes it seemed a little sketchy walking in a small office with just little time left. But I gave it a chance, paid the fee, brought all my paperwork, and next thing you know; FedEx is knocking on my door the same week!! Also, The man that owns this business called me that same day to make sure I received my passport. Unbelievable service. Thank you! read more

They were SUPER helpful. My purse was stolen a week before I was supposed to go out of town. No license, no passport. I had no idea what I had to do to get my passport, let alone get it FAST. Ace Passport Services made it so easy and they got it to me within the week. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a passport quickly and doesn't want to waste a lot of their work day getting it. read more

Mark was awesome in getting our kids' passport done in time. He is a good guy and most of all, trustworthy. We found out with 6 days before our trip abroad, that both of our kids' passports were going to expire within a month (and with passport validity rules - some requiring 3 months validity - we knew we were in big trouble). Searching / scrambling for help on Google, I left him a VM on Saturday around 3pm (well after his office closed at noon and totally not expecting a call back until Monday). Mark called me soon after, around 5pm and immediately put us at ease. He calmly explained all the steps I needed to take and basically gave us hope that we might yet still make our trip. Bright and early, we were at Travis County courthouse (Airport Blvd location), submitted the applications for both the kids, got the sealed envelopes with the kids' passports and applications in them, and dropped them all off at Mark's house at Danli Ln. Paid $200 per kid (for 24hr service) plus FedEx overnight charges and drove home. Mark has someone in Houston that takes care of all such requests. As promised, he overnighted the passports to Houston on Monday evening. He apparently has one 24hr passport request permission at the Houston facility. So he submitted one passport on Tuesday and another on Wednesday (since he is allowed only one 24hr service per day). There was a minor hiccup with my second child's passport (for some reason, they delayed it by a day). So, although we were expecting our kids' passport back on Thursday, we got it early Friday morning - with our trip scheduled to depart on Saturday - just as Mark promised. Whew! I highly recommend Mark and his Ace Passport services for all your passport needs. Mark, thank you so much. I am glad it all worked out just as you said it would. It was a pleasure doing business with you. read more

Mark was awesome, very professional and very knowledgable on getting my passports expedited for me and my girlfriend. International travel came up and I realized that my passport was expired. I needed my passport in less than 2 weeks. Went to Mark on Monday and had my new passport in hand by Thursday morning. I just received my passport today from Mark at Ace Passports. I am amazed, because I just dropped everything off with him 2 days ago!! I literally left his office at 4:30 on Tuesday and FedEx delivered it to my house today, Thursday at 1:00!!! I have to admit I was a little skeptical & nervous when I entrusted all of my personal information with a stranger who offices out of his house, but he exceeded my expectations. His prices are better than everyone else I called which is probably because he isn't paying for expensive office space downtown. I HIGHLY recommend Ace Passports!!! read more

Thank You, Mark!!! I just called to find out about coming over just for a passport photo, and he said I'd be better off going to Walgreen's or CVS because they charge less! What a great guy. And, if I ever need passport services, Ace Passport Services will be at the top of my list! read more

I needed a China VISA and the only way to obtain one was to get it through Texas. Since I currently reside in California, I wasn't sure how that was going to happen within a couple of weeks. I called around spoke to several VISA/PASSPORT businesses, but then i came across ACE Passport Services on BBB website. I contacted the company on Sunday and was given general information on the process and what the company would do on their end. The business is not open on Sunday but Mark was answering as a curtesy to their customers (dedication, RIGHT!?). Long story short, Mark work ethics was amazing! I had several questions and each time I called him, he answered with patience and competence. The price for their services were very reasonable compared to the quoted prices I had received from other companies. I was told the process would take 5-7 days, AND that promise stood true. The VISA application was sent out Wednesday for processing and on Monday it was on its way to me. I am so thankful I came across this company. Mark was professional, prompt, and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services to others. STAY DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ACE! read more

If I could give Mark a MILLION stars, I would! My husband bought us a trip to the Dominican for my birthday and we are leaving tomorrow (Saturday). We took our passports out Tuesday night around 1am, only to discover that mine was expired!!!!!! I can't even explain the wave of panic that overcame us (especially since we have 3 friends coming with us). The next morning (Wednesday) we contacted Mark. He was SO EXTREMELY helpful and wonderful. He walked us through the process step by step so that we gathered the correct paperwork, he packaged it all together, and even took my picture for it when we got to his office. Then he called and gave us updates as the process moved forward and asked we let him know as soon as we get it. He truly cares! We did the 24 hour turn around. I am now staring at my brand new passport. Thank you SO MUCH, Mark! You are excellent at your trade! I will definitely be recommending you to anyone and everyone I can! read more

Over-promised. Under-delivered. Over-charged. Avoid at all cost. A business is only as good as its employees and my experience with 3 different people was consistently unsatisfactory. I rarely write bad reviews. I'm sad that this one must be written. "Buyer beware!" read more

I couldn't be happier with Ace Passport Services! I had an appointment with Mark on a Wednesday and my passport was on my doorstep by Friday morning. Not only did Mark guarantee I'd get my passport well before my departure date, but I got it in 2 days. Let me emphasize that again, I got my passport in 2 days!! Getting all the necessary documents together can be very confusing but Mark made the process completely painless. I found out last minute that I needed to take a trip overseas for work. Unfortunately my passport expired 10 days prior and I didn't have enough time to go through the expedited service via mail. I found Mark's company and it was a lifesaver. Only took 25 minutes to complete the paperwork and get my picture taken. I received my passport in the mail less than a week later. Now I can prepare for my trip without worrying over my passport. Highly recommend! read more
