Mark has helped up with an expedited passport on three occasions now. The most recent was when we needed a passport for our baby within 5 days. We did the 2-3 day super rush (not what it's actually called on his website) option. I took him the full package with the application and all of the forms and photos on Tuesday. He had it couriered on Wednesday. Thursday, I received an email from the passport agency in Houston saying there was an issue with some numbers on our check, and they wouldn't be able to process our passport until they had a new check in hand. (The numbers were my daughter's date-of-birth, which the lady in the courthouse told us to write on the check. Super annoying, and it cost us extra money, but it was not at all Mark's fault). I called Mark in a panic frenzy as we were leaving Monday morning for our trip, and the passport agency in Houston isn't open on weekends. Mark sent a new check for us, and got it on a Greyhound bus to Houston faster than the speed of lightning! The passport was issued on Friday, and we received it Saturday morning. I didn't realize that my passport would not be valid for traveling to Mexico until the absolute last minute(the info on the US Department of State's website is no longer accurate with respect to Mexico's passport validity). With 3 business days left before my departure, I came to Mark after the first two places I contacted told me they could not renew my passport in that time frame. I highly recommend ACE Passport Services! While researching how to renew my passport, I found the process a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, when I spoke with Mark on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and put me at ease. The process was quick, and I received regular updates on the status of my passport--from when my application was received to when it was shipped and delivered. I initially went to a local drugstore to have my passport photo taken, but the results were less than flattering. There is something unnerving about giving a stranger your birth certificate, social security number, and every other last drop of information about your identity! The real deal! I admit I was a bit uneasy about using a passport agency, but I was desperate for a quick turnaround. After looking at his reviews (especially his BBB rating), I decided to try Mark. Boy, am I glad I did! He let me drop off my documents at his house on a Sunday evening and by Tues my passport was issued. But here's the kicker: there was a glitch with Fedex in getting my passport from Houston, which totally freaked me out. Needed a passport for a trip in May. Called the post office to make an appointment, and the soonest they had was April 1st, which was not going to work at all. I needed to renew my passport for a trip I'm taking in June.
