I Have tried to use my aaa premium rv insurance 2 times each time no one comes i will sit for hours and wait with not even a call

I have been trying to resolve a claim on my car for weeks with no resolution. It's been in the shop…read moresince February 20 awaiting a claims adjuster. State Farm is not sending an adjuster until March 9. I have to pay the shop $600 to get it out so I can drive it until the adjuster can get there. State Farm won't reimburse me $500 of that as my deductible if I go get the car out. Aspen Kralich, agent/owner, tried yo convince me that she is helping me find a resolution but had no resolution. She was condescending, placating and talked in circles, but never offered an solution. She patted herself on the back for all of the work put into the claim, but my car is still in the shop and State Farm isn't offering any solutions to the problem. One of my pet peeves is when a service provider makes it seem like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. It would be palatable if she actually accomplished something, but nothing was accomplished and I was forced to listen to her try to tell personal stories of her own claims, etc. I don't want to hear mind numbing narratives. Just tell me how you are fixing the problem. State Farm is horrible. This agent ineffective in conflict resolution. Looking for a new agent and better insurance.

Unbeknownst to me that policy was up for overall renewal just one month later. Encompass then doubled the premium and began ACH on that payment for months before I noticed, Will and his team made no effort to reach out and let me know the premiums had doubled. When I demanded from Mr. Eckert what had gone wrong I was hung up on! Brokers like Eckert insurance do not WORK FOR YOU. They work for they're masters: the insurance companies. They do not provide customer service any longer. I would recommend staying away from Eckert Insurance as they simply will not look after your interests. They don't have the time or the employees to do that.

I liked them immediately, just for that. Then my auto and homeowner's insurance were both coming up for renewal and my premium for Geico jumped drastically. Admittedly, I was in a teensy weenie scraping incident a few month prior. I emailed Will giving him a little info about what I was looking for. He came back with an auto policy that was a bit more than the inflated Geico policy I had. I was a bit disappointed though not surprised. However, Will told me that was the total amount per YEAR, the Geico policy was for just 6 months! Of course I jumped on it. Will took care of everything with the new carrier including setting up my auto draft. He even changed the payment date for me. I didn't have to do a thing but e-sign the docs. I recommend him to anyone who will listen. Hear me now and believe me later :) (Sorry, I couldn't resist) Did I mention he sent me a $25 Visa gift card as a token of his appreciation?

It had been so long since I had an insurance agent like this, I thought those days were LONG gone. But fear not dear yelpers, Charles Conder is here to save the day. After relocating back to Austin, I signed up with an agent who left the insurance business shortly afterwards. I was shifted over to a new person, who I never met. Whenever I called to get assistance, I was always shifted to some 800# or some assistant, and the whole experience left me wondering who I was sending all this money to??? I met Charles, and my first thought was "what a great smile". Sincere, honest, hardworking are adjectives I would use to describe him. So, sure he is nice and all, but he also got me better insurance for MUCH LESS than I had been paying. Bottom line is I got $200,000 more Homeowners insurance( as I had been underinsured), and added two antique cars to my already existing auto policy(4 cars total) for less money than I had been paying before. I saved over $300 a year to get more insurance, and the coverage was better. I have referred multiple people to Charles, and they all have been extremely happy. Bottom line is it doesn't cost you a dime to get a quote. Call him, you will be glad you did!

Growing up in a small town made things easy when you were picking who you did business with…read more Usually generations of people had weeded out the good ones from the bad ones, so you usually just went with who your family had used for years because they had always done a good job and done right by them. I recently had an experience that reminded me a lot of that with Charles Conder from Conder Insurance Agency. I had been carrying all of my insurance for years with the same company out of Houston because that's where my family had always gone, and that's where we always went. My experience with insurance in the past had been that it was kind of like a sore that wouldn't heal, and I just sent my check off every month to keep it from getting any worse. I met Charles one day when I was looking for office space for my business on West Lynn, and I stumbled in to his building after seeing the "for lease" sign the owner had posted on the outside. Charles walked me up to where the office was, bragged about the owner and the area for a while, and we ended up down in his office a short time later talking about who I was, what I was doing, and toward the end of the conversation I ended up asking him for advice on my auto insurance. We went through my policies one by one, and he laughed at some of them when he told me, "man, these guys really saw you coming", and others where he saw giant holes in the liability my business or me personally could be subjected to. Funniest part of the entire conversation: I was the one that brought up insurance, he never mentioned it one time. We sat there cutting up, and just getting to know each other. Just the sheer excitement of meeting someone that I felt so comfortable with and that was just honest to their core was something I remembered from home, and that I hadn't felt in a long time. Just yesterday he helped me with a commercial policy for my business that he spent over a week figuring out for me. We had to have it in order to do business with some of our biggest clients, and I had gone in circles trying to figure it out. Charles called me probably five times a day to assure me that he would get it figured out, was on the phone with our vendors even talking to them about what THEIR coverage was to see how we could work off of that, and around 10pm the night before last I get a text from him saying "got good news for you, stopping by your office in the morning with breakfast tacos. Bring a pen." He shows up at 8am the next day with policy in hand, and, as he said, breakfast tacos for not only me, but my entire office! I can't tell you how much I recommend this guy for your insurance needs. He is a principled and common-sensical guy who knows how to get things done, and spends a lot of time learning about you and your business so he can take care of what your needs are the right way. I have all of my policies with him now. Why don't you????
