I cannot say enough for Doug's professionalism and responsiveness. He has been there with me through 3 separate claims working to make sure everything was handled quickly and properly. I love the "personal" attention Doug provides; he makes you feel like you are his only or most important client. Last year when the insurance rates increased across the board, I had a rate increase. Doug took the time to explain the increase, and to provide comparisons. I decided to get new quotes on my home and auto insurance. After receiving the new quotes, a couple where cheaper (however, decreasing my coverage), I decided to stick with Henderson. With Doug I understood my coverage and felt comfortable based on previous experiences that he would be there in the case of a claim. You hear people say, "my insurance is great as long as I don't file a claim". My rate increase was minimal, and why would I take the chance of receiving subpart customer service or coverage on my greatest investments; just not worth the few dollars I would save in premiums. We were sent the most compressive report on current and possible future cost. The information in the envelope was so incredible. We were so impressed we called for more info. Kenneth was our agent and he and my husband were on the phone for 2 1/2 hours setting us up on car insurance for 3 cars and new insurance for our home. We were astounded that he was able to save us so much money. We were with State Farm on the cars, but Ken was able to decrease our car insurance cost by over 50% with the same coverage plus an Umbrella policy! Customer service was !50%.
