The folks at Wells Fargo messed up the tax paperwork on the rollover and Jarrodd went out of his way to help me get it fixed (even though he didn't make the mistake.) The agents at his office are always available to answer my questions and if they don't have the answer Jarrodd will get back to me quickly. In my business I sometimes have to provide proof of insurance to vendors and I know I can drop by anytime and someone will print out my certificate. Everyone who works at this office is the type of person you can just sit down and have a beer with. You know that they are there to help you whenever you need help and they will go out of their way to get you the documents you need. Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. I thought my roof had been damaged by the freeze and called her office. Her staff recommended Corbin Stevens at pristine roofing. He came out and said I had Hail damage, I filled a claim and it was approved. Corbin did my roof and I paid him the money I received from Farmers plus my deductible. I took a closer look at the estimate and realized that I had been paid for screens and also to have the drip edge replaced, Corbin did not do either of those but took the money for it. He eventually gave me the money back for the screens, but still continued to say he didn't owe me anything. Here's where things went south with Jenny, I reached out to her office for help and went there to meet with Travon and showed him the estimate and my contract with Pristine roofing. He said he would get with Jenny and let me know. He called the next day and told me that Corbin's mother was a personal friend of Jenny's and that Corbin told her he did not owe me any money and that it was my word against his even though we all agreed he did not do all the work he was paid for. I made several attempts to have Jenny call me and she would not. I had to contact the district manager for help, which he was able get my money back. I asked Travon if they were going to continue to use Pristine roofing and he said yes that his mother was a personnel friend of Jenny's and they only had one complaint.
