GoMedigap (specifically, Elizabeth) is literally a lifesaver.
We were looking to get a Medigap insurance policy for my mother. While we did our own research about the different Medigap insurance plans and companies, we were not prepared for the difficulty of enrolling in one of those plans with one of those companies. We selected a plan and company, but we ran into issues when trying to enroll.
Elizabeth immediately resolved our issues. First, she provided us some simple choices to decide which plan to choose and the company providing that plan. Second, she and her team were able to cut through all the enrollment red tape and get our application submitted within minutes. Within 24 hours of working with Elizabeth and her team, we picked a Medigap insurance policy and applied. She and her team did this while being extremely busy because it was the day before the Medicare enrollment period deadline. She remained calm, attentive, and responsive while assisting us even though she was under immense pressure, dealing with multiple clients, and exhausted (as I could only imagine because she was working long hours). When we did not hear back about my mother's Medigap insurance plan application before her anticipated coverage date, we spoke with Elizabeth. She checked in on the application and got back to us within an hour. She also said that she would check every couple of days and get back to us. She ensured us that our mother would be covered by her anticipated coverage date even if we did not hear about our application approval until after the anticipated coverage date.
