I recently retired and have been doing research on Medicare and all the various options offered. Earlier today I had my first experience with Abt Insurance Agency. I had subscribed to their YouTube channel, was impressed, and decided to reach out to them for Medicare enrollment assistance. I spoke with Cameron for about 20 min. I'm fairly experienced with Medicare and this is the first time I've reached out for assistance. Specifically, I was looking to change my Part G insurer. Cameron was very patient, knowledgeable and provided me some excellent guidance. I had asked her about the least expensive Plan G available for me in Florida. I recently moved to Austin (about two months ago), and I have not actually met with with anyone, BUT I did not like how long it took someone to get back to me (almost a week). I understand that she is busy, but ALL CALLS SHOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS. PERIOD. When I started in the commercial real estate business in 2009, it was IMPERATIVE that we called people back within 24 hours. Customer service is lacking these days, and providing GREAT customer service is an excellent way to differentiate your business from MOST others out there. My wife and I cleared our schedule and prepared for a meeting with Cameron Dade from ABT on Monday 11/10/2025 as ABT scheduled. Navigating Medicare insurance plans and options is miserable for mere mortals. But Abt Insurance, specifically Carter Gill, made the process of finding better insurance coverage for my 84 year-old father a breeze. If you or a loved one got roped into a Medicare Advantage plan (sometimes called Medicare Part C) and you want to get back into original medicare (A+B) with a supplement plan, Abt Insurance may be able to help you successfully get back into a setup like this. In my case, Carter helped identify a special way to get a senior out of Medicare Advantage and back into original Medicare and then get a supplemental plan (Plan G in our case). Once Carter got my dad sorted with this great workaround--he then showed us a SECOND workaround known as the Birthday Rule (might just apply for California and some other select states) that allowed my father to switch to an even cheaper Plan G supplement! Carter also helped us find the most affordable drug plan (Part D) which would cover the dozen or so prescriptions my father takes. All in all, I feel SO fortunate to have heard about Abt Insurance on YouTube and then to have been connected with Carter. He is very to the point and won't waste your time. First of all, if you are new to the figuring out medicare choices, you should start with watching Stephanie Abt's YouTube videos on navigating Medicare, as well as her updates to each year's Medicare. I did a bit of research in addition to these videos, then as the clock was ticking to my Medicare deadline, I set up an appointment with Abbie Howland of Abt Insurance about plans specific to my state - Washington and my lifestyle - I travel a lot! I thought I had researched all my options for Medicare, but Abbie enlightened me to another provider, saving me another $250 a year. She also highlighted some interesting facts about how Washington State allows a very easy switch from different plans in the future if my needs change. You pointed me to this supremely reliable, resourceful and informative insurance broker just as I was swimming the dangerous waters between the CVS acquisition of Aetna (my grandfathered account was kicked out), Obamacare, and my upcoming 65th birthday: time for Medicare. Stephanie does not make any money off of the end user. No hard selling. The insurance companies you end up buying into pay her a commission, but Stephanie is agnostic and doesn't attempt to sell you on any policies or companies. This company is under investigation from the complaint that I made against her license in Texas and also in Washington State. During the process of this investigation it was discovered that her company used someone else's AARP number and identify that person as myself. When I went back and checked sure enough it was a mistake on their part they've never admitted any fault they've never apologize for their behavior and all they do is blame the person who's complaining which is me.. this complaint against me only came after I complained about their duplicitous and dishonest behavior and flaking out and helping me and now I come to find out that they use the wrong AARP number with United Healthcare. All of my numbers had to be changed and reissued because of their mistake. Because she's so arrogant she'll never admit faults never investigate it and just blame the person who's complaining but I have it in writing avoid this company at all costs read more

I highly recommend Stephanie. I contacted her many months before I became eligible - she was very good in giving me all the information I wanted - even though she knew I cannot sign up for quite a few months. She contacted me when I became eligible - walked me through all the Plan-G options and helped me choose the right one. My biggest surprise was with Part-D enrollment. I had done some analysis, and had thought about enrolling with one insurance company. But she pointed out how I could save about 15% by going with different insurance company. When I was convinced ready to sign up, she said she cannot sign me up, since she is not an agent for the lower cost one. But was willing to help me sign up with Medicare.gov. During our discussion I mentioned that I'm currently on Medicaid and she didn't hesitate to inform me that I should call them before pursuing this any further with her because my Medicaid may continue and act as a supplement for my original Medicare. I originally gave this business a 1 start review because I was upset at receiving thousands of dollars for one procedure I had done. I didn't feel that Stephanie had forewarned me up this possibilty. However, come to find out it was a snafu on the part of my wife's former employer &, in fact, Stephanie told me exactly how to approach the company human resources department! A call to the office there got things straightened out to where we were no longer the primary payor. Being secondary to our old insurance company led to zero payment on our end!
