I am so glad I found this place on yelp. I drove from Redlands just because of the good ratings. This is probably the best experience I ever had purchasing auto and renter's insurance. Adam Gendron was our agent and he provided excellent customer service. He found the best deal and did something no other agent has ever done in my lifetime of purchasing insurance. He explained to me why I pay what I pay and went over my policy with me. He explained what I need and didn't need on my coverages. Thanks to Adam I now have that piece of mind and know that I have the right coverages. Also adding I love the vibe of place. Very knowledgable, friendly, professional agents, the office was clean, casual and it is located in a nice area. Their office is located in the second story of building with the address of 545. They now have a loyal customer. read more

Justin has served as my agent for home and automobile insurance the last several years. Justin and his team were extremely fast in issuing me an extremely competitive and all inclusive policy for the purchase of my home. The team worked hand in hand with my mortgage broker to get a policy issued immediately. This was crucial in meeting all the milestones for an on-time closing of my home. Having a responsive insurance agent that takes pride in their service saves me time and will keep me coming back. If you need help, you should give Justin a call today. Bravo! read more

Ryan made it quick and easy to save money on auto and renters' insurance -- he can check all of the insurance providers' rates for you, so you don't have to waste a ton of time calling around. He was also knowledgeable about levels of coverage you need, what all the different coverage is actually for, and how you should make choices that are cost-effective but will still ensure you are covered if you need it. I've always had positive interactions with my Upland agent, Kori Nelson. She is knowledgeable and personable. Today I was helped by Adam Gendron in San Francisco. I didn't even know I needed to increase my auto insurance coverage, obtain an umbrella policy and transfer my motorcycle insurance (also with increased coverages) to protect my assets, but he gave me the good news and took my credit card info without hesitation. I do believe I got good advice, though, and plan to stay with Kanopy as my agent. read more

Went hunting online for auto and home insurance this morning and fortunate for me was immediately contacted by Shane Carpenter of Kanopy Insurance. From the outset of our telephone conversation this representative wanted to make sure you understood everything about your policy and how it would affect your coverage and potential claims. His enthusiasm was very contagious and certainly very effective----he made you want to sign up for a policy. Among other qualities of this gentleman, what stood out to me was his professionalism and genuine desire to get you the best coverage for the best price without having to bad-mouth his competitor insurance companies...I thought that was very classy. If you're in the market for a new insurance policy, or just want to do some price-comparison, do yourself a favor and contact Mr. Carpenter....I'm sure happy I did! read more

I'm so thankful for the help I received from Edward! I was so upset when I got my new renewal rate from my former insurance company. My insurance rate went from $700 to $2,604 for a six month policy! I thought it was a mistake. But it went up for two things. One was a previous accident a year ago, the next I was so shocked that I was at fault for. I was parked, and I was getting out of my car and the wind blew my door opened and hit the car next to me. I was very upset because I just started leasing a brand new car. I didn't even notice but apparently I did nick the woman's car next to me. Her car was older and wasn't clean so I didn't even notice a mark at first. She got out of the car and was very angry. However, we were parked and it wasn't the worst accident, so we decided just to exchange insurance information. My car cost very little to fix only $50.00. I uploaded photos to my insurance company just to show proof that it was just tiny dents on both cars. Not a huge deal, and I didn't even use insurance since mine cost so little to fix. I figured she wouldn't either because hers couldn't cost more than $500. Well it turned out that when I was shopping for insurance, my insurance paid over 1,000 to fix the nick on her door. I find that so appalling and I don't know how something so little can cost so much. When I called them, I felt instead of standing up for me they really just didn't care, and didn't want me as a customer anymore. I asked how could that have cost that much? Mine was $50 and didn't you get my photos I uploaded? They told me no. So because of that incident, I really got taken advantage of. On top of it at the time they told me my insurance wouldn't be affected. Everywhere I looked, those two accidents made it so couldn't find a reasonable rate. But Edward contacted me and immediately put me at ease and understood my situation. Accidents happen, but I really feel sometimes things aren't so black and white, and for that situation with the wind and my door, I feel I got really taken advantage of. Edward listened to my situation and really understood. He found me a very great rate, and I'm so thankful for his service. He helped me and made looking for a new insurance very easy. I will use him definitely in the future. read more

Allie was extremely helpful with the entire auto insurance process. Got me a great rate in a short amount of time. Very professional.

Kori Neilson is my agent and she is the best fricken insurance person out there. A few years ago I had gotten a speeding ticket and done traffic school. At the time, I was with a different insurance agency and my premium seemed really high. I always asked the people WHY. I asked if I had any points on my record and their response was always, no, you still get charged a large premium with a ticket on your record even if you do traffic school. Eventually, I switched to Kanopy. Their rates were way better AND Kori was THE ONLY ONE who could figure out what was going on with my record and helped me SO MUCH. The county incorrectly put a point on my record and she worked with me the whole time to try and resolve the issue. She not only got me a refund for the increased premium I was charged for an incorrect point on my record, but I was able to get a refund from the previous company as well. The past few weeks I have been going through the home buying process. Yesterday, I emailed her asking her to send a copy of my HO3 policy to my broker and she got back to him in 2 seconds. The rate is also super cheap. Kanopy is just a really great company. I think it's a smaller company, so whenever you call, you talk to a real person, and everyone is so helpful. I highly recommend Kanopy and Kori. read more
