We worked with Steadily to get a Builders Risk policy for a property we were buying and renovating. The agent we talked to was super knowledgeable about renovating and flipping policies and guided us on what we need from an insurance perspective. It was super refreshing to have someone with this level of expertise when it came to real estate investing and flipping. Will work with them again. read more

Steadily - Home & Rental Insurance Near Me

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Without our knowledge or consent AND NO ACCIDENTS OR TICKETS - they Cancelled our Auto Policy with Travelers. WTF it is OUR POLICY - NOT YOURS! How DARE YOU! And they have the nerve to send an email blaming it on Travelers making the choice - so outright LYING - violating state laws, along with lack of notice. Travelers TOOK OUR ACCOUNT DIRECT INSTANTLY - along with a 12 month instead of 6 month (our choice). - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Now, a month later, they pulled another BS "Ooops we did it again" and informed us that "Travelers Cancelled our Home Owners!". WTF?! Again, we contacted Travelers and they said "NOPE - Steady decided to not work with us anymore", and assured us in writing that we are 100% covered. So - CONTACT TRAVELERS DIRECTLY - get the BEST RATES and No Steadily BS Unethical Behavior. read more

Steadily - Steadily LYING in writing and trying to blame Travelers for what THEY ACTUALLY DID! - Home & Rental Insurance Near Me

DO NOT USE THIS Company or Goosehead INSURANCE AGENCY! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this agency that I feel compelled to share. From the start, Matthew sold us the wrong insurance policies for our short-term rentals. They sold us one with Steadily, only for us to receive a notice of cancellation just a month later because, surprise, they don't insure the type of properties we own! To make matters worse, they sold us a policy for our primary residence from a company called Sagesure. We found out after we paid in full that Sagesure was going to require an in depth inspection of our entire home inside and out! This was not communicated upfront, and we felt pressured to pay in full immediately even though they weren't set to start for 2 weeks. We expressed our concerns to our broker about the inspections and the rush to pay, but our feedback fell on deaf ears. This entire process felt deceptive and quite unprofessional. We trusted this agency to guide us through an important decision, and instead, we were left confused and dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency if you value transparency and legitimate business practices! read more

I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Steadily has been beyond disappointing. I paid for a policy, only to have it randomly canceled with no proper explanation. What's worse is the complete lack of follow-up, managers don't respond to emails, and no one takes accountability for resolving the issue. It's July and I'm still waiting for a refund since March! Over $12k I've worked with several insurance companies over the years, and I've never experienced such poor communication and disregard for the customer. This wasn't just inconvenient, it put my property at serious risk. I strongly do not recommend this company, especially if you're a serious investor or property owner expecting reliable service and professionalism. Look elsewhere. -- Robin S. UNBELIEVABLE! Such amazing service and even better rates! I really can't say enough about my insurance rep Sam. I feel like I have a dedicated agent. He's always responsive and super friendly. I am so grateful to have found him and have referred him to everyone! I have several policies through him and it has been flawless. read more

Very competent and courteous service! Anthony explained very well all the options and pricing.

I like their product but they were quite slow and sloppy to get the papers they needed from the mortgage company. I had to step in after they sent the notice of termination of coverage. read more

I've had multiple short-term properties covered by Steadily. I've always had excellent customer service (both before and after coverage) and Claims have been processed in a timely manner without any major back-and-forth. I have absolutely no complaints and I'm really shocked to see so many negative reviews. I personally would highly recommend them. read more

I closed on a house with insurance paid through Escrow which means a title company paid them. Steadily received payment through certified mail at the proper address but lost the check twice. We worked with them several times to try to resolve the issue then they cancelled our insurance policy. I had to make the payment with my credit card then sign an affidavit of no-loss so they could reissue the insurance. On top of that the insurance was scheduled to start weeks before we closed which they didn't correct. Effectively I have paid for the policy in full twice and the issue has not been resolved nor have they tried to contact me. What do you think? Do you want insurance through Steadily? read more

Affordable but the service is fairly subpar when you actually have a claim. Had to escalate on a couple occasions to get responses on storm damage read more

Here are things I liked: quoting process, responsiveness of Customer Service. Here are thing I dislike: payment process, online portal. My bank submitted payment on 2 policies. A few weeks later I received a NOC for nonpayment. One check had cleared already, and the other was lost due to a "system glitch" from Steadily. I escalated to Steadily and got one policy in force. The other has a "paid" status, and yet the system shows it's still cancelled. If I hadn't escalated these issues, I'm sure both of my policies would simply have been cancelled, even though payment had been properly sent. I still am waiting confirmation which is frustrating. read more

I spoke with Cedric regarding insurance for a rental property. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with a quote. A quote that was lower than others and for the same protections. read more

Very easy to deal with. Agent was very helpful and prompt with response to all my questions and concerns.

Easy and convenient with very competitive pricing too! I will be in touch soon about additional home policies for other properties.

Quick service. Great communication. I received binders right away. My old agent would take 2 days to respond. Steadily within the hour.

They've helped me find coverage for a difficult house to cover, and always made the process simple. Tamera always answers and addresses any concerns that I've hadppl read more

Tristan was awesome. In insurance environment in California, it was a fresh change. Thanks again

This company's agent was awesome, professional and patient with all my questions. I hope their services are as good as the signup.

Straightforward to set up. The agent over the phone was insanely friendly, helpful, and to-the-point. He answered all questions and made me feel at ease. read more

The application process was easy and seamless. Hope the claim process, if happened, would be the same.

Been using Steadily for a couple years now and very satisfied. Highly recommend the lanlord insurance.

The agent would not contact me by phone. I don't like going over details by email. Felt like a number. If it wasn't for the urgency of getting insurance to close my loan I would not have use him or the company. If a potential client require a call to help make a decision just do it and handle your business. I'm in the process of looking for another company right now. Sad read more

Terrible customer service. Person handling my claim never calls back, and after my claim was denied i adk "repeatedly" to explain and she never did. Had to call another insurance company, who was kind enough to explain. Could not believe the treatment i received. Very disappointed. read more

Agent took care of me to get me next day coverage as my current insurance was expiring even though he was on vacation. The main complaint I have is the website appears to be totally broken. cant use at all. read more

I've had a claim for over a month that has still not been processed. Water has leaked inside the structure. Steadily contracts all claims out to a horrible third-party and refuses to intervene on bad performance. The agent won't respond and the field adjuster has been avoiding doing an inspection for several weeks. read more

am working with them now and had the first policy (with Spinnaker) cancelled for nonpayment/late payment so we rewrote another policy (with Millenial) and having the same payment problem again but at least they are communicating that cancellation is coming. but they want me to pay by credit card over the phone so the payment wont be late and cancelled again? but when i go to mycoverageinfo.com to check on status it shows its been paid. a little concered to say the least read more
