I'm so thankful that 766 exceeds expectations. No hidden fees, no funny business, just professionals who care about the work they do and keeping customers safe in their vehicles. Knowing I have a team I can count on gives me so much peace of mind. One experience that really stood out was when I was having issues with my A/C. They took the time to check everything out, and instead of charging me for a major repair, they recommended that I first see if my vehicle was still covered under the dealership's warranty because they knew it could save me a lot of money. That level of honesty is hard to find these days, and it showed me they truly care about doing what's right for their customers. They've also created one of the coolest waiting areas I've seen. Instead of just sitting around while your car is being serviced, you can relax and play arcade games, which makes the wait go by so much faster. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn't easy, but this team has earned my trust completely. They're honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that puts people before profit.

I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.
