I am very pleased with my insurance policies from this State Farm office. Carmina and her staff…read moreare very caring and easy to deal with. There have been multiple times when I have called with questions and they have always provided solid information without rushing me off the phone like some places do. When I first moved to Austin 3 years ago they were great about explaining the steps to get my car registered properly. When I got married they were great about getting our policies combined easily. We are moving away soon (many are thanking us I bet due to the overcrowding) and they just helped me sort out a lot of questions with the move and how our property is covered. Dusty in particular has been very helpful as well as Carmina. I would recommend Carmina Eaton's Austin State Farm branch to anyone needing good insurance that comes with outstanding customer service.

The most recent time was involving a very complicated and traumatic insurance claim. Without going into too much detail, Chris Lewis and Russ Ervin reached out on my behalf to get a second appeal on my claim. I thought the original determination was not unfair, but I wanted to ask for mercy given the unique situation where while I had done anything wrong, a loss had occurred. With their advocacy, Allstate provided coverage exceeding that of a comprehensive claim to take care of me in my unique circumstance and prevent me for being charged with a collision claim. I am so incredibly thankful to Chris, Russ, and Allstate for this incredible treatment. I am 100% confident that I could not have achieved this outcome without having Chris's agency personally advocate for me and if Allstate weren't such an upstanding company. In conclusion, if you want an insurance company and an agency that will have your back and support you when you are at your lowest, you want Allstate insurance and the Chris Lewis agency. Allstate and Chris Lewis have earned my business for life. Thank you, Chris Lewis agency and Allstate.
