He boasts a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy on his BBB page, but his actual business practices are completely deceptive. After taking my money, he admitted in writing that he skipped critical phases of my estate plan--failing to review the documents with me, provide instruction, or offer the advice I paid for. Instead of finishing the contracted work, he spent our meetings aggressively trying to upsell me on unauthorized legal services for an eviction issue, demanding an additional $1,000 to file court documents despite admitting he is not an attorney. Furthermore, he engaged in highly concerning privacy practices by secretly adding a secondary account to my private Dropbox folders and taking ownership of my files without permission. When I expressed dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund for the uncompleted work, he immediately blocked my phone number and terminated our engagement. He does not honor his guarantees and abandons his clients the moment he is questioned. Keep in mind that they had my property address (which obviously includes all general property details) and so what they give over the phone and in that flyer should NOT be substantially different.
