***Look No Further than Carrie Welch's Office***…read more I've had State Farm for 12+ years. I think I've used them maybe two or three times in those years. But that came to an end when I was moving my family and I across states. When I got here, I knew I needed to move my info over to an office here. I was looking at reviews and found Carrie Welch's office. Let me tell you, I am so thankful to find her office. An unfortunate incident ( this is my 2nd claim with them, I'ved had some bad luck lately....) had happened to me on Saturday night, I am even too ashamed to publicly say what happened. Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Told me not to worry about it, gave me a little pep talk, and to stop beating myself up over this incident. His kind and great attitude kept my hopes up. He expressed to me that It's a big oops, but not to worry that he will get working on it. He called me back and assured me that my incident was covered. Let me tell you, I was ecstatic about the news! It was like a massive weight was lifted off my chest and I could breathe again, not to mention that the sick to my stomach knot in my stomach subsided. Throughout the whole process, Dominique has been very attentive with follow-ups and communicative. I am lucky and thankful to have Carrie Welch's Office, Team, and Dominique on my side. Their lingo is " like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Shoot, the way I've been treated, I feel like it's family at this point. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

We had the misfortune of working with Whorton Insurance Services. When we sustained damage, we contacted Whorton for help. They lied about filing a claim on our behalf to stall the process, then proceeded to ignore all further attempts to reach them. Eventually, David came around just to notify me that the claim was denied, but failed to provide any documentation or reason for it. When pressed on the topic, he hung up the phone and blocked my number. I had to jump through a thousand hoops, but finally confirmed that David lied about actually filing the claim, and was just hoping we would go away. Long story short, it turns out they're not even licensed to practice in our state, and are now under investigation by several state and federal agencies. Insurance salesmen are sleazy by nature, but these are not people you want to do business with.

The service has remained absolutely top-notch throughout the years. Most recently, Paula provided exceptional assistance, spending days helping me navigate complicated questions about our home, auto, and umbrella policies. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to research every detail, follow up multiple times, and ensure I fully understood each step. It's rare these days to find that kind of personal attention and genuine care. Working with a dedicated local State Farm team like Connor's is worlds apart from dealing with a large, faceless insurance company. This office continues to exemplify professionalism, integrity, and the kind of customer service that keeps families like ours loyal for decades. I highly recommend Connor Harris' State Farm office to anyone looking for excellent service, fair rates, and people who truly care about their clients.

When I finally did get a response, it felt rushed and unclear, leaving me more confused than before. It was also very hard to have a direct conversation with him. Any time I tried to speak with him, I was pushed off to his employees instead. While staff can be helpful, I expected to be able to communicate directly with the agent responsible for my policy, especially when dealing with important concerns. The level of customer service did not meet expectations. Important details weren't explained upfront, and I felt like I had to do all the work just to understand my own coverage. This made the whole process stressful and time-consuming. Overall, I would not recommend working with this office if you're looking for reliable communication, accessibility, and transparency. I expected much better professionalism and support.
