Excellent Service and Trustworthy Care!…read more I've been working with Edin at Benjamin Fry Insurance for over a year now, handling 6-month renewals, and he has been absolutely fantastic. He always secures the best possible price for me--in fact, my most recent renewal just dropped by about $300! In this current economy, that kind of savings and dedicated customer service is hard to find. Benjamin Fry is a smaller business, but that's exactly what makes them the best. They genuinely care, always remembering names and proactively addressing any issues that might come up. In today's world, having an insurance team you can truly trust means everything. They simply don't make businesses like Benjamin Fry Insurance anymore. I'm incredibly happy with their service and will definitely be sticking with them for the long run!

Her first in person encounter was with Samira and Brian was during Thanksgiving week. She went to their office around closing time without an appointment. He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %). Travis, thank you for taking the time to speak with me! I will reach out in the future to no one else should I believe we may benefit from switching companies.

Travis gave me his honest opinion that my rates were well in line with industry standard, and pointed out that I likely wouldn't retain certain grandfathered perks if I were to switch. This shows a high level of dedication and professionalism, when he could have instead steered me to another company so he could get a commission.
