Not many people sit down and consider an insurance agents personal attributes like compassion, availability, knowledge, and trustworthiness.. Most of us, including myself, look for the best coverage available for a price we can afford.. Let's be honest most of us probably have or have had an agent who looks at us like dollars and cents. I'm talking about the kind that don't take the time to listen to us and those who aren't willing to give us the coverage we need and deserve while remaining inside of our comfortable budget limits.. The kind that are more concerned about their paychecks than they are about their clients. Many companies and agents have a mind frame that you get what you pay for... What if there were an agent tentative to both our wants price wise and our needs coverage wise. Luckily for us... Anthony Hernandez is that agent we all hope to find... Especially when something goes wrong and we need someone more experienced and knowledgable working with us not against us. He is always willing to answer questions and help his clients regarding new policies, changes to existing policies, letting us knowwhat is or is not covered, and yet he still does so much more. He's very caring and compassionate and genuinely wants his clients to be taken care of should life happen. He has the right network of claims specialists who all collaborate and work together to make sure the claims process is as smooth and stress free as possible... Let's face it, should we get in a wreck, our house catches fire, we become victims to theives, etc... The last thing we need is to be more stressed out and worn down by trying to navigate the claims process alone. I am in my mid twenties and I was in my first wreck last month. I was T-Boned by a high school driver who was distracted by the refreshing Twitter feed... She neglected to maintain appropriate speed around a curving country road while approaching an intersection. Unfortunately I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was hit full force as she didn't attempt to avoid the accident because she didn't look up from her phone until impact. I knew instantly my car was totaled... As it became a huge pile of metal shaped like a "V". At that moment my only concern was my two year old daughter who was ejected from her car seat and my 3 month old puppy who had been riding in the passenger seat and was hit the hardest. From the moment I got on the phone with Anthony he showed compassion and concern for not only myself, but my children, my car, and my job as well... He really went above and beyond. He checked in periodically to see how everyone was and how claims was coming along. He made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made and made sure that my family, our car and myself were being taken care of properly. In less than a month I am in my new car, my settlement has already been processed and approved for the totaled vehicle, medical bills have been paid and I've been reimbursed for out of pocket medical expenses. The ongoing treatment for a few bulging and slipped discs in my back and neck are already being covered. With everything he's done I've been able to relax, rest my back, and recover enough to get back to work and generally life as it was before my accident. I am grateful for Anthony.
