I just had my annual phone call with my agent Yari Villarreal she calls me every year to see how I…read moream doing this year. My homeowners insurance did go up and I did had some questions. She is part of Brent Allen State Farm in Liberty Hill. And I live in ROUND Rock but she always gives me the best customer service like if I was living right next to their office. In the world of Insurance, Customer Service is very rare especially when an insurance agent calls you up once a year when your policy renews and says, do you have any questions? Yari took the time to explain all three of my policies in detail with me, my homeowners, my umbrella, and my car insurance, although there was a slight increase on all three but with inflation what isn't going up. What was exceptional? Is she took the time to go over my policy in detail line by line answering my question from the annual statement that I received in the mail, the week before. She answered questions on liability, deductible replacement value versus current value. Total home coverage. I mean everything I talked about what if the tree fell down? What if the fence fell down? What if I had a bad storm? she explained everything what if I had water damage I mean in detail what was covered by my insurance policy. She was very pleasant and kind and patient because we went over all three policies. I think it's very rare when you find an insurance agent who takes the time to call YOU!! and talk to YOU!! about your policy! That is a sign of a really good agent and good leadership. I may live in ROUND ROCK and Yari, office is in liberty Hill, but I get first class service whenever I call them. My last insurance agent I was with them for 12 years and they never ever called me once, until I called them to cancel. Then they started to call me. It was to late because I was going to Brent Alan State Farm. The best move I made was having Yari as my insurance agent and being covered by State Farm . I was mistaken. I can get it here locally at the tax office. So I pulled in one weekday the parking wasn't that bad. I walked into the lobby and that's where the confusion is because the doors are not labeled well. Plus, I was expecting to go into an office as opposed to a large waiting room. Now, once inside the waiting room, they have the big signs saying take the number. Another sign where you need to login. Then you take a seat and wait. Now I made the mistake of coming mid morning which was a little busy. My wait was about 30 minutes. So I walked over to the desk, set up for one of the people taking care of you. I handed them the letter from my doctor. She asked me a few questions. And then said my total was 50 Cent. I repeated you want 50 Cent, she said yes 50 Cent. I ask again it's only $.50 right like two quarters and she said yes, and she was laughing at this point. I have never been to a government building and paid this cheaply before. Once the money was exchanged, she handed me my new plates and asked if I was going to change them in the parking lot or at a later time. Since my neighbor was going to change them for me, I said a later time. So she explained where I can drop off my old plates. Handed me a packet of paper papers that have instructions on them. Then she told me have a nice day and I left. That was extremely easy

I am going to share a story with the internet. After hearing it, Shane Stewart himself said "I do…read morenot know what you are talking about." Don't worry, Shane, I will help you understand why your company failed me! :) 1. A gas fire started at my dwelling. I did not have a fire extinguisher, and it burned my dwelling to the point I could not live in it. 2. State Farm collectively left me in limbo for two days; I did not know if I should stay in a hotel or go to my parent's house, which is four hours away. They changed their mind several times. 3. I was told by Shane's office on the first day to keep my receipts and stay in a hotel. 4. On the morning of the second day, I called phone number 844-458-4300. Shane's office supplied me with this number. The representative, Ben, told me they would not pay for me to stay in a hotel. 5. Right after #4, I called phone number 972-600-1816. Shane's office supplied me with this number. The claims adjuster, Sage, told me the city (not any around Marble Falls) would need to declare it unlivable. 6. Right after #5, I called that city. They had no idea what I was talking about. SAGE LIED TO MY FACE! 7. I went to an office in that town to try to get help. The person there actually helped me, and I got everything resolved by them. I ended up showing the damage through an app on the phone. 8. Shane sends an email to my parents (which I did not give him permission to send it to my dad but rather my mom only) saying I need to calm down basically. No Shane, we are going to have a little accountability. I put photos in here so people can see that there was NO WAY I could live there. To keep me in limbo for two days without being able to answer a single question is ridiculous, in my opinion. Furthermore, I think they should pay me a salary because I made them do their job. In my opinion, Ludicrous and Jake were not there for me. From what I can tell, Shane does not care about this indisputable fact!
