He also showed me side by side comparisons of the top ranking companies. Roy is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I enjoyed listening to his radio show which prompted me to call him and request his Safe Money kit. Roy has answered all my follow up calls, reassuring me and explaining details I'm unfamiliar with. It's great to call and be able to speak with Roy without feeling "lost in the crowd". It's this accessibility that secured my decision to let Roy handle my retirement plans. So I decided to look around to see if I was getting the best deal. Jumped on Yelp for insurers in my area with high ratings. Went onto their site and filled in request for quote forms and waited. Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. A few days later, I get paperwork to sign and decided to drop them off personally. Got to meet both Linda and Becki, very pleasant women. I will update my review after I make any claims

The last few years (possibly longer) our business was treated poorly by our complacent, long-term…read moreinsurance company, one that we would have been with 18 years. Last year they ran out the clock and hit us with a $8k/mo premium increase (over double what we were paying). This year our renewals came around and, once again, the increase was outrageous, staggering in comparison to last year's increase. THAT insurance agent used veiled threats, withheld information and basically did everything they could to keep us from shopping, but our new Financial Director told us she has a guy.......and he ended up coming in right under the deadline and saved us a staggering amount of money, with higher coverage that will open up new markets for us. "There's no way there can be that big of a difference", I told the Financial Director. "That can't be right", said the owner of the company. It was right. Constantin patiently answered every inquiry. Unlike my other agent, he was able to intelligently articulate the reasons behind the decisions, the wording, the coverage, the exclusions. Once again the renewal will carry a huge impact on our company, this time for the better, all thanks to Constantin and our new Financial Director, his long time loyal customer.

He boasts a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy on his BBB page, but his actual business practices are completely deceptive. After taking my money, he admitted in writing that he skipped critical phases of my estate plan--failing to review the documents with me, provide instruction, or offer the advice I paid for. Instead of finishing the contracted work, he spent our meetings aggressively trying to upsell me on unauthorized legal services for an eviction issue, demanding an additional $1,000 to file court documents despite admitting he is not an attorney. Furthermore, he engaged in highly concerning privacy practices by secretly adding a secondary account to my private Dropbox folders and taking ownership of my files without permission. When I expressed dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund for the uncompleted work, he immediately blocked my phone number and terminated our engagement. He does not honor his guarantees and abandons his clients the moment he is questioned. Avoid at all costs. edit: text and emails prove that the answer below is incorrect. your text shows that the thousand dollars was to draft the help with the eviction even though you're not even a lawyer! Why don't you look up unlicensed practice of law? In addition- you offered to finish the job was after telling me twice you blocked me!
