Jason and Tina in particular are amazing, but I had no negative experiences with anyone working there. I will say, if you're there long enough for a meal, it's going to be a frozen dinner that they throw in a microwave. The upside is you have an exact calorie and carb count, if that matters (I'm on insulin, I have to dose based on carb intake - they let me self administer since I'm on an insulin pump). At one point they apparently would order from restaurants, but that probably cut into the CEOs hush fund too much (joking) Thr care is great. The food is terrible (I mean... It's a frozen dinner). The bill will max out your deductible (and likely your out of pocket even on a HDHP). But they truly do care, and they've stayed in touch to see how I'm doing. The receptionists are a bit slow to process things sometimes and it can come off as cold. But the nurses and doctors really do go above and beyond here to treat you. I was given IV fluids quickly for nausea and dehydration. While on my second visit they didn't seem to find anything concerning i wish they would have given some pills to take home vs waiting for the pharmacy to open at 8am to get them. Otherwise all good and recommend if you need quick treatment.
