The line to get in on the weekend can get pretty long with people filling out waivers, but the staff is friendly and keeps it moving. Once inside, there is a huge playscape that you don't feel nervous about kids getting a little lost in due to the careful stamping at the door that ensures no children leave without an adult in their party. The areas inside the playscape are large enough for adults climb around in if you need to chase them down too. There are arcade type games at the back which you need a cash loaded card to play. The little bowling lanes are a favorite in the gaming area. The kids win tickets in the arcade and can take home prizes. There is a toddlers area too for under a certain height that our little guys are finally getting kicked out of. They miss racing their little cars on the ramps that they have in there. The rainbow dipping dots are our traditional treat for right before we head home. This place definitely wears them out!

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. The museum spans a couple of stories, starting on the upper level, with plenty of colorful and immersive spaces that make for great Instagram photos. It's very hands-on, though, so if germs are a concern, this might not be the best pick. Parking was somewhat limited. There's a small one-level garage and some outdoor parking behind the building. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Admission felt a bit pricey for what you get. It might have been worth it to me if I had children in my group.

The staff was flexible to shift timing of the experiences so we didn't have to wait long in between- they were extremely accommodating and we never felt rushed either. The otter swim/playtime experience was originally what drew us, and it was even better than I'd imagined. Worth every penny! Then we got to feed and pet the capybaras, which were way friendlier than I thought they would be! The babies enjoyed some extra belly rubs too. Bottle feeding the kangaroo was so fun too- little Dundee was SO soft and loved all the pets, even gave us kisses! The giraffes were super friendly and greeted us every time we were nearby; feeding and getting quality time with them was an extra treat. The safari ride tour was also amazing- 5 of us fit comfortably and got to feed/see lots of animals that we wouldn't normally get to experience. We were surprised at how this place wasn't crowded at all in the middle of July when it is peak vacation season, so it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. They also have a beautiful main lodge area that is comfortable and welcoming with additional animals to enjoy.

It's not the best park if you want to have a large gathering and barbecue. There aren't any barbecue pits or covered area for large groups to sit and eat. There's plenty of parking. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's. I usually expect these kinds of places to be dirty but this one exceeded all expectations. Black gunk built up on all the surfaces from years upon years of dirty kids hands. Broken ping pong table, pieces of the wall hanging down, busted games, random springs hanging off the trampolines...it really has it all. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly.
