I should have asked her name- if the owners are reading this she's very sweet (blonde, mentioned having a blended family.) she was friendly, helpful, informative, and exceptionally kind to the children. We loved her Elsa hair style! A front facing person in a business is so important with these kids play areas, it is a big deciding factor on whether we will come back often. She is a MAJOR reason I am willing to make the trek here from Tarrytown. I loved that both bathrooms were clean and had functioning changing tables. But, the biggest thing my three year old nanny kid enjoyed was the hot chocolate station. His mind was blown with the whipped cream, sprinkles, marshmallows. The event post noted one price and when we got to the event, we were told it would cost extra to glaze the bowl which was a necessary step make the clay piece food-safe. We were making dog bowls so of course we wanted them to be food-safe but it was a bummer that we would have to pay an additional fee on top of what we had already paid. I was charged more than others in my group! We were instructed to make our bowls outside on the picnic tables which weren't flat surfaces. The event poster also stated that we could shape our clay by hand or use the spinning wheel. The spinning wheels weren't even offered to us. Overall, I attended this event to make new friends and create something nice for my dog. I accomplished both so that was a win! While I most likely won't come back, this business is a fun concept that is great for groups of young children and I even saw a mother bring in her young daughter with her to glaze pottery together which was so sweet but the pricing and timing to pick up your artwork could be clearer. Also parking is very limited so park next door at the gymnasium.

Greeted with excitement, owner Rochelle of Board & Brush had me check in on her iPad. Showed me to my seat where we chatted for a bit. I saw my project in its raw form. I'm so excited to tackle this project. This is actually my second time coming so I know a little of what is expected. Rochelle does an amazing job taking you step by step and helping you. Even if you're not a crafter, never even handled a paint brush, Rochelle, and her staff are very patient, and very helpful. You start off with a raw board of pine. You're given a couple minutes to release your stress on the board. Hammering marks using chicken wire, a hammer, a mallet, and a large screw. You'll sand it lightly, and then stain it. Then it's time to stencil. Using a semi dry brush, you'll dab your brush on the stencil. Give it a minute under the fan to dry and peal the stencil off. And you're pretty much done. You get an official Bb logo sticker to complete your project. I recommend signing and dating your project on the back. Viola you're an artist! The Fancy Marshmallow Co. owner, Tina, she is such a sweetheart. She set up her beautiful marshcuterie spread. All made from scratch. Soft, fluffy, and flavorful treats. She has the cutest treats. All kinds of shapes and sizes. My favorite is the strawberry champagne. Trust me, they are amazing. Tina also brought in her hot cocoa mix ingredients and we all got to make our own bag of hot cocoa mix to take home. And we got to pick our goodies from the marshcuterie and box them up in the cutest boxes with heart printed tissue paper. Such a sweet touch to a fun class. I highly recommend coming to Board & Brush. Such a fun girls night out. They are BYOB, so it's a great group celebration. The Fancy Marshmallow, such a cute boutique, I've been several times. Tina comes up with the most delicious home made treats for all holidays and celebrations. Her boutique is the girliest cafes in Cedar Park! So darling. Check them both out. 5 stars!

Making the chairs produce some annoying, distant sound doesn't stop "squatters" because they don't know that they're the reason for the incessant beeping! The shrill beeps seem like they're coming from somewhere far away, so when I sat in one of the chairs, another customer (NOT even an employee) was forced to graciously inform me that, to make the beeping stop, I had to pay for a massage, or move away. I was mortified, as well as infuriated that Urban Air didn't bother to post signs with this basic information. From then on, for at least 50% of every trip to Urban Air, I've heard the stupid, continuous beeping. Each time I look over to find the culprit, I see the noise pollution is caused by oblivious parents scrolling away on their phones, as they luxuriate in the comfort of these ill-designed chairs. The chairs keep screeching their obnoxious and passive-aggressive rejection of "free rides" for patrons, meanwhile failing to inform them of desired course of action. God, it makes this place a living h*ll... 2) PROVIDE MORE OUTLETS for working and non-working parents alike, who need to charge devices. The location that my children force me to frequent provides ONE outlet, under a booth table. If you don't snag the booth, forget your charging needs! Listen: No one wants to sit for 2-3 hours with a dying device, unable to their check email. If you don't bring a fully charged device, you can expect it to die sometime during the visit. There should be outlets next to each seating area along the walls. The answer is insanely simple -- if you want parents who are willing to bring their kids to Urban Air, make the parents happy.

The kids absolutely loved all of the animals and especially the pony rides! The people are friendly and very informative of the animals while the kids were petting them. They were able to set up wherever we wanted which was convenient and so exciting to have right in our backyard. They were quick to set up and to even put the animals away. This petting zoo is affordable and easy to contact and book. I highly recommend them if you are interested in booking a petting zoo. Thank you for making our son's first birthday a memorable one!

Terrible experience that almost ruined the event, gratefully I was able to find a replacement since I could never get El Rancho representatives to email or call me back after many attempts.
