I paid for the baby back massage which is supposed to be 30 minutes of back and shoulders and 30 minutes everywhere else. I ended up getting an hour long massage on my head, hands, and feet with about 5 minutes on my back. I usually enjoy this place so I'm not sure what happened. Disappointing when you pay for a service and don't get what you signed up for.

Second visit though it's been awhile. This time Summer was my MT and wow she does not mess around…read more I guess I've been sleeping weird or too much time at the computer but my neck was cooked so I went for an hour. Summer was so determined to get my neck and shoulders into some sort of respectable state. At some point she got up on the table and put me in this weird chokehold like position so she could dig her elbows into my neck. I realize this probably doesn't sound great but my neck needed it so bad. Now I'm definitely sore but I can swivel my neck around so I'm a happy camper. I would continue to go back for sure. A few things to note. I think their website got hacked because now it's some weird casino looking thing. They are still open just fyi. Also, they do take walk ins. They're not the most helpful if you don't know what you want in appearance, but once you're in the room the MT is really sweet and caring.

I used to visit this place monthly to see Lisa when I lived in the area. After I moved to a…read moredifferent part of town, I found a new shop to visit. Unfortunately, the one good therapist that worked there left, so I was back on the hunt for a new spot. As luck would have it, I was back in the old neighborhood after a business meeting and decided to give this place another try. I'm so glad I did. The people here are all super friendly, and the rooms are clean and relaxing. Nothing has changed in that respect. Lisa has moved on, but in her place I was introduced to Anna. She referred to herself as tall Anna because, well, she's tall. She's also strong. Like VERY strong. As a 50-something that works out daily, I have some tight spots and some sore spots. With other therapists in the past I would ask for medium pressure and then point out when I needed deeper pressure. They would do their best, but it always seemed like their medium would fade toward light as the session went on and their deep was them putting every bit of weight they could muster into a single spot. This would lead to somewhat irregular pressure, and each visit was different from the previous. Really hit or miss, regardless of the therapist. Not with Anna though. Her medium is a firm, but soothing and consistent amount of pressure and, when she finds a tight spot, she puts just a little bit more into it without breaking cadence. It's a truly relaxing experience. It's going to sound weird, but I'd equate it to driving a car with more than enough power to handle any situation. Where a weaker car has to work as hard as it can to get to and maintain certain speeds, the more powerful car can do it effortlessly and with grace. I've now been back to see Anna four times and each time is just as good as the last. She is the epitome of consistency. It's worth the half hour drive to see her every week. Highly recommended!

They had affordable pricing with great reviews so that's why I ultimately chose this place. I asked for the foot and back for 1hr for $50. They were able to see me right away. I also did see that they have certain specials on certain days and I would consider that a steal. I had a female massage therapist, and she was able to get all the knots in my foot and my shoulders. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, lol but the stretching part was kind of insane, I've never been stretched like a pretzel before. I feel like I would've been ok without it though. All in all, place was easy to find (2nd floor) staff was friendly!

The masseuse really worked my feet and legs and I left there floating and in zero pain. If I'm ever in the area again I will absolutely go back.

I've received full body massages, foot massages & just recently discovered that Cloud 9 Foot Spa offers a "40/40 combo" (foot & full body) for $80. It what was exactly what I needed for that visit because there was a lot of tension between both my feet/back and I didn't want to pay for 2 separate services. What I also liked with the 40/40 service is that the foot massage was in a common, intimate area (6-8 massage beds) and the full body massage was in a private room. It's easy to relax because it is dimly lit in all service areas and they are playing low, soothing music. Lastly, I LOVE that they offer a cup of tea at the end of your appointment.

First, you get the full 60 minutes (not 50 like at other places). Second, they add hot stones which helps with loosening up my shoulder and back knots. Third, at times, they use tiger balm which is also good for loosening up tight muscles which, unfortunately, I have on a weekly basis.
