I had an amazing foot massage by Tanya. It was my first time getting a massage here- in particular,…read morea foot reflexology massage; however, I was really taken aback that the foot massage takes place in the lobby area where the receptionist was so it wasn't quite the most relaxing experience. Plus it was extremely bright with the sunlight coming in through the windows and you literally hear all the people coming in and out and speaking with the receptionist. Lol I am really surprised the one hour foot massage wasn't taking place in a dim lit room where you get to lie back on a table. Maybe that's something I can request next time if that's something you can even do??? Just thought it was quite odd that this was the setup for a place that seems super busy and popular. Wish someone would've told me about this bc it makes such a huge difference for your experience.

Overall, they're experienced, but their customer service was bad. Also, they had me tip before I got my massage as if to say, "we'll give you a good massage if you tip well before". It was awkward and a little pushy. I will not be going back.

I knew I could not make the drive the way I was feeling so I went to get a Thai massage. I told the lady what my problems were and what I had to do then told her to do what she thought was best for me. I went through a bunch of stretching moves. Nine hours later I drove my 1500 miles pain free. It was amazing how she got rid of all the pain in a hour and I did not take any pain medicine. The next time waqs 13 months later I was feeling real sore and broke down. I decided to make another visit. This is a 40 mile trip for me to this place one way. This time I received a Swedish massage from a real nice lady named Amy. Here again I received an amazing massage and was left pain free at the end. This is a first class place. I wish I did not live so far away as I really feel that this is one of the best places to get a true massage if not the best. I have had good massages before at other places but they do not compare to Orchid Thai Massage.

‼DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY!‼…read more I am sick to my stomach after coming here. I requested a deep tissue massage for one hour and this older asian lady did it, and toward the end she had me lay on my back and was doing the deep tissue massage on my legs and thighs. As she was finishing my thighs, she literally grabbed my dick frome the outside of my shorts and went "ooh!" and I immediately froze. She noticed how uncomfortable I was and began making senseless conversation about if I get massages regularly or not. I confronted her about it after and asked why she touched me and was faced against two ladies IMMEDIATELY gaslighting me that it did not happen and that she was just giving me a massage. I told them I would be telling everyone who will listen to not come here. She literally fucking touched me. I would NEVER fucking lie on someone's small business but for your safety please stay away.

I was able to walk in on a Monday around noon with no wait and actually was the only patron in the establishment. The person in the front was very nice. She took me back right away and they got started setting my station up. I'm assuming due to low traffic, they don't set up your massage set up fully until you arrive. There seemed to only be one person available to do foot massages. I didn't catch his name was he was good. I could've used a little more pressure but maybe his gentle touch was able to lull me to sleep. If you've never gotten a foot massage before, please know that it's not just a weirdo massaging your feet for an hour. They typically do 40 mins on your feet and legs and 20 mins on your upper body and head. This massage uses reflexology techniques and pressure points on your body. It's not like going to Massage Envy where they're all delicate the whole time. A foot massage is relaxing but there are parts where they lightly hit you (I guess to stimulate blood flow?) on your arms and legs. There's a flow and system to the foot massages. It's not customizable like the full body Massage Envy type massages. I'm not sure if you can request more focus on trouble areas or not. It doesn't seem like it. Q Spa does offer full body massages for a different price. At $30 for an hour, this is quite a deal! In Chinatown, there are foot massage places on every block almost with prices ranging from $20-$30 for an hour. So it's on the higher end of the range, but the convenience and ease of getting an appointment or walk in with no wait is worth it to me. I will definitely be back.
