I love being walked on and all but I wanted/needed more stretching. Last came in and said "I want more stretching than massage", and you can see where this is going. I got almost no stretching and a lot of massage. Now the massage felt good, but why have us fill out the form and then tell the person what you want if they aren't going to read/listen anyway. When I was checking out I told the person there I wasn't happy that I didn't get my stretching and she smile and said "we don't do discounts for first time, only 10th time free." Even after me saying hey, wasn't so happy didn't get what I want she still charged me full price for the massage.
