I can't thank her enough for her grind to get us taken care of. (Bought car in Dallas and they mistakenly sent us tags - Denise took ownership of our problem and solved it ) I also had her dive into my own title issue and she looked it up and got me the solution. I know we aren't here to make BFF's but dang these ladies are not willing to even try to be polite. I am only adding this review because there were a lot of comments about that. They are not lying. I'm a fairly pleasant person and understanding of people who work with the public. I'm sure they endure a lot in a day. But maybe, just maybe, when someone is being polite to you, you could return that? Don't go in expecting any pleasantries, go in, hand your paperwork over, write your check, and go. I wouldn't even try to be extra kind, but also don't be mean either, just act like you're at your in-laws, stay for as little as possible and don't make eye contact. You'll be fine! read more

Central park is the only tag agency in oklahoma i use. The staff is great and works so hard. Thats not the case in alot of tag agencies. Going in to get your license or you tag is made as painless as possible by the staff. If you value your time, consider central park tag agency! read more

I get the stereotype of all dmv workers are rude but these guys live up to it. Went to get my car changed to my name and the lady "helping" was just a hateful woman. We were nice, tried to initiate a small conversation but she was NOT having it. She would very quickly explain something but when you get confused she would give you a side eye. The atmosphere is not pleasant so don't bother going out of your way to be friendly, just get in, get what you need and go. read more

People only complain on here, think about the thousands that didn't comment on here. They went in, got what they needed and left. I don't expect excellent customer service, I update my tag, or pay my taxes on a car or renew a license. They get the job done and it's quicker than the DMV (which is typically an all day process). They do their job and I appreciate it, what more can you ask of them? read more

Both times I've been here in the past couple of months, the place was basically empty & all the women were in the gabbing away in front on their windows (which made me wonder if they ever did work). Seems like their goal was to get you in and out, so they could continue on with their conversation (which I guess isn't really a bad thing for you). I called to ask a question today and the lady on the phone was willing to help look up my tag number but had a little bit of an attitude. My issues came from renewing my tag online (which I enjoy the convenience of) and at the end of the call she advised me that I should really come to an actual tag agency instead of using the online service and I told her "Sorry, it's just more convenient for me" (I hate the long lines & the unfriendly agency workers) and she had the audacity to rudely tell me "Well! It really hurt the actual tag agencies when you use the online services!" And you think I would want to come into an agency with a rude employee?! There's a reason I stick to online. No thanks! This is by far the best tag office I have ever used. I walked in, asked her how much tags on this car would be, she told me, I paid. From walk in, to walk out was less than 3 minutes! AMAZING! I understand that with covid they have guidelines and things they have to follow but whenever I call to see if they are taking walk ins and I am told to come in then I arrive 5 minutes after the call and get told they don't have time it is pretty frustrating. I just wrote another review about the Indian Springs Tag Agency where they do things right. I probably only wrote it because I'd had the displeasure of going to this location a few times first. And this location? Sucks. I'll leave it be that I think the whole privatization of the tag agency thing is just a very. bad. idea., and I'll just stick with the facts. I've been at this location about 4 times. Each time, the people were either flat out rude or just plain not polite/pleasant. I tried being really nice and even playing the "I'm new here, can you please help me with what I need to do," and it seemed like the woman thought she was doing me a huge favor by softening her tone just a bit. A tiny bit. Against her will, I think. On another trip to this place, when asking for information about "black tagging" a car while I'm out of the country for a year and trying to get information in general about the process so that I could do things LEGALLY, I was told that "nobody would know" if I canceled the insurance on my car and just left it in my driveway while I was gone, even though that's not legal. While it's great to be given my options for breaking the law, I was actually trying to do it the right way. The reason I pay twice as much for not as much coverage on my auto insurance in Oklahoma is because 25% of drivers here break the law by having no insurance. But I digress... This place is hell. Avoid. Drive a little further out to go to the Indian Springs location. They give straight answers and don't act all put out that you showed up to do things that the law requires you to do. Oh, and they take better driver's license pictures or let you do a re-do at Indian Springs. Central Park doesn't, and the results were a sucky memento of my sucky experience there. read more

So I show up today, spend a half hour in line only to be told that you need an appointment for Saturday. But not only that I couldn't make one for next week, I'd have to wait to call in on Monday morning in order to do so. read more

My husband was on his way after work to get the new tags on our sons car. Our son went in ahead of time to give the clerk the info she needed to start working on the tag. She would not and told my husband that if he was not going to be in until 5:25, she would not be able to do the tag today. She gets off at 5:30. My husband informed her and is absolutely correct that if he did that with a customer, he would be fired. Perfect example of POOR customer service. read more

This is usually a headache bc I was an active duty Marine stationed elsewhere for the past 14 years. They made the process easy with their excellent, thorough customer service. This place flat out sucks. The only decent employee is the lady that sits over towards the back and does the drivers licenses. There is one woman in particular that is a flat out bi"tch for no reason EVERY time I go in there. It is to the point where I expect to get treated like crap when I go in there which is why I drive the extra number of miles to go to the Bixby Tag Agency. Central Park believes that since you have to use their service and no more tag agencies can be opened that they can treat you like crap. Double Check their Typing. A mis-typed address # just cost me $115 in late fees and duplicate title fee. Transferred title from out of state. My new OK address was correct on my new OK drivers license AND on the out-of-state title I surrendered. But they typed in one digit off on the new Registration and new Title. They were sent to the wrong address. And since I didn't double Everything then and didn't notice my tags had expired, since I never received notification, I incurred the late fees for their mistake. They didn't even acknowledge their mistake!!! GO TO ANOTHER AGENCY. They all do the same thing. And double check the clerks. read more

I love this place! I will drive across town to use them. The offices are spic and span with fun Paris décor. Everyone there has been super helpful to me in person and by phone. Once while there I watched as they went out and helped an elderly lady put the tag on her car. The lines are rarely long and when they are ... they move quickly.
