I had to find my online receipt and get back in line. When and I showed it to a different customer service rep she turned around and found it in a cubby with the other printed document orders.... I then thanked her, told her very briefly what happened and said that perhaps she would want to tell her co-worker where she had found my order so he would know in the future for other customers.
