Everything was great till we discovered that he did not have the ability to DVR. We contacted Spectrum and learned that we needed a different box. We drove down and picked up the new box. On the way home, Dad asked if we could call and make an appointment to have a technician come out and install the new box as he didn't want to burden me with another installation. I called Spectrum and Jerry assisted me quickly by setting up an appointment for this afternoon. Randall showed up early and got straight to work. He not only hooked up the new box, but he also updated the box in the bedroom. He changed out the old cables as well. My Dad In Law was so relieved, happy and impressed with Randall's service and with Jerry being able to set up the appointment so quickly. With Dad approaching 92 years of age, customer service is so important and helpful to him and these two employees definitely deserve some recognition. Great service!

They waited 4 months until January 1st to suddenly charge my bank account $55 for a 'free' SIM card saying the account was suspended. When I called to get my money back, the reps were argumentative and blamed ME for not checking my email for a company I already quit. They strategically wait until you stop looking so they can take your money. This is predatory billing. I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing. She handled the situation with extreme professionalism. For the first time ever I really like a Verizon sales representative.

We have upgrade, traded in, purchased outright, and then just used the equipment we had until something come along that we wanted to buy or trade in. The employees at this location are 'nice' with limitations of their requirements of being a Verizon employee. The employees are just Verizon employees who do not go beyond their personal place of being authenticly friendly, they are here just here to do a job and get paid - not be nice or anything close friendly. The young girl with we were assigned to reeked of marijuana. We had to explain to her 3, 4, 5 times that we had already upgraded our phones to S25's and needed to turn purchased old phones in.
