Chuck came out and explained in detail how the two antennas on the mast were not oriented correctly, and how there were some dead spots or weaker signals in our area. He tested both antennas, determined which one was better to receive the channels we wanted, and expertly realigned the best antenna and adjusted the cables. Holland pre-wired the home for the CCTV cameras and security system during the construction.
