My interaction in placing a custom order with the new owner went well. She's helpful, has a good eye and common sense. She was patient with my requests for tweaks in setting up the order. The embroidery work is done at this location. They offer screen printing, with a $25 set up fee plus the cost of your design. (That's normal at all screen printing places.) Not only that, we then got our sign in well under a week (double sided), and he referred us to a local company who manufacturers scroll brackets which we need to hang our sign. It made my previous experience at the other company seem like a nightmare! They explained exactly what kind of file they needed to make my custom stamp and told me what types of ink would be best for the surfaces I was stamping. Ordering multiple sizes and different color/type of ink was easy because it was clearly listed with prices on their website.
