I called Spectrum and Jerry assisted me quickly by setting up an appointment for this afternoon. Randall showed up early and got straight to work. He not only hooked up the new box, but he also updated the box in the bedroom. He changed out the old cables as well. My Dad In Law was so relieved, happy and impressed with Randall's service and with Jerry being able to set up the appointment so quickly. I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing. She handled the situation with extreme professionalism. For the first time ever I really like a Verizon sales representative.
