I had them when I lived in Gainesville. The 5-gig service was lightning fast. Going so fast, you could get you where you needed to go before you even thought about going there. TV streaming was flawless, no spooling nightmares. No frozen screens. All smart devices worked great and for once the ring camera did'nt have a giant delay between the time of identifying someone and when I was notified. read more

IQ Fiber Won't Honor Their Repair Statement IQ Fiber ran wires down our street. When the workers asked us to turn on our sprinkler lines to make sure they were running properly, we saw that one line near the line they ran was not working. The supervisor on our site assured me that when we got our sprinkler people to find the leak and repair it, they would cover the cost. We use a private sprinkler company who went above and beyond to finally find the broken pipe right by the box IQ Fiber installed. We sent IQ Fiber multiple pictures showing the broken pipe by their installed box along with an invoice that stated company name and cost of repair. IQ Fiber stated they would not honor the invoice since the private company could not give them some ID number they wanted. This was not a neighbor of friend making the repair, it is a legitimate company but they would not honor their statement to cover the cost. I would never allow them to provide any service to my house. I wonder how many other people have had the same issues with this company. I highly recommend my sprinkler company but would never recommend IQ Fiber since they don't make things right after they cause damage. read more

IQ Fiber - Sidney completed the work. Job well done - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

This company loves advertising for years in areas where they do not even have plans in place yet, nor even a timeline, to have service in the areas in which they are heavily advertising. Thai company must be flush with cash spending all those marketing dollars advertising to customers who can't possibly be. read more

When their contractors come out they cut the lines of other service providers. So if you don't have them they're willing to vandalize your lines. If they manage to cut off my internet when I'm not even their customer I definitely won't be doing business with them. The contractor did not give a shit, either. No apology, just a "Well, it's not our line, so you'll have to call you ATT to get it fixed." Since we're not a customer they can't offer us anything for our trouble. read more

I started the IQ Fiber service on May 20, 2026. Thus far, from install to now, has been excellent. The only problem I experienced, since May 20th, was my computer could not find my printer. I followed instructions noted on YouTube but nothing was working. Today I received a call from IQ Fiber checking to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I explained what I was experiencing, regarding the printing, and William performed some actions remotely and suddenly the printer started working. William and the install technician (Ricardo) were great to work with. They are very experienced and were very patient with addressing all of my concerns. I am very satisfied with the service and the individuals I have communicated with thus far. read more

On July 9, I had an installer from IQ fiber connect my TV after he left my earring diamonds went missing. I called him and asked him to bring them back. He said he didn't have them, but I know he did. I told him if you don't I'm gonna call his job. He said no worries. People always accusing us of stealing. In other words, he knew that there's nothing his job will do to him. He sounded that confident and they're not gonna do anything it's his word against mine. But he stole my diamond earrings. Just thought people need to know about IQ fiber installers watch them. His name is Jabari. Watch this guy. read more

Don't even have them as a service. They while installing for our neighbors in our yard cut our AT&T line, told us they couldn't fix it, and parked in my yard without asking permission and completely blocked my driveway when I got home from work. Don't get them. Maybe if you wanna get people to sign up for your internet don't cut other people's in the process. read more

I am beyond pleased with IQ Fiber. I just had a lawn guy cut my internet line today. So, I called customer service today and they sent a tech out 20 minutes later. ON THE SAME DAY. Alex Dominey did an exceptional job! He replaced the line and the box in no time. I will absolutely refer more friends to their service. Thanks so much, Alex! read more

This company came to install their fiber line but was destructive and careless while digging through yards, leaving our neighborhood with numerous costly repairs needed. If they operate like they install, stay away. read more

The IQ fiber installation in our neighborhood on 11/26/2025 resulted in property damage, specifically several lawns being damaged by the installation crews that wore IQ vests. The city mandated this installation even though ATT installed fiber three months earlier. I indicated I did not want IQ installed and was informed I had no choice. This will cost my neighbors and myself time, money , and effort to repair the damaged lawns. The sod that was dug up was just haphazardly placed on top of the holes in my yard. Chucks of rock like dirt and other debris were thrown on top of that. There are gaps in my lawn with no sod. Also there was a lack of English speakers present. One individual spoke broken English. I don't care about this, but I do care about my property. Also the damages cause property values to go down as well as curb appeal. IQ's response was the water the lawn for two weeks. IQ's response is not acceptable. This will cause more damage to my lawn due to it going into dormancy. I won't be able to try to repair the property damage until zoysia becomes available. Several of the lawn patches they dug up have gaps that will not refill. Other area were left bare. Beware of this company. I do not recommend them unless you like your lawn damaged. read more

Today I sent a message to IQ Fiber's Support Team, needing help with what turned out to be a TV issue, not a fiber issue at all. After some messaging back and forth with PAUL, he ended up calling us so we could not only chat about the issue, but he walked us through a couple of steps to try. Paul was so patient, very friendly, and totally confident in his comments and advice to us. We have found this to be the case with IQ Fiber and their overall service and attention to their customers. In our opinion, they have totally lived up to the promises they made when Del Webb Ponte Vedra allowed them to come into our community. We are positive we made the right choice when we moved to IQ Fiber. read more

"there's usually not enough space between the top plate and the roof for your drill to get in" Not the case at our house. Also we were told IQ Fiber never pulls down outside walls. Other than that issue, we have been very happy with IQ Fiber. read more

My internet connection dropped about 5pm. I did the typical reboot of the modem and router, when I saw that wasn't going to resolve the issue I placed a call to it fiber support. They had Alex Dominey their install tech call me to let me know he was on his way within 15min of the initial call. Alex told me he was on his way and when I created him at the door he surprised me by saying you should be back online. Stellar customer service and support. Thanks again, you guys are the best!!! read more

It was just normal internet, not faster, nothing special. The company had adequate customer service that quickly declined into inadequate customer service. The internet cuts off in the morning and resets, sometimes takes a few to get the service back on. It cost twice as much as other providers in my area. The app is absolutely useless, just a loop of questions that always end in an error message. The app is truly a standout example of failure. This is an Internet company that is bad at Internet. read more

There are deep holes developing on both sides of where this company dug in for its lines next to the curb. My foot got caught in it yesterday. The holes are on my neighbor's property next to mine. The grass died on mine after they dug in their lines and I had to buy and plant grass plugs when they installed the lines. Also their men left large construction hoses attached to the yellow hydrant- just lying on my front lawn for between 1 and 2 wks to tap water from the city hydrant which I had to call the city to get removed. ( It interfered with my mowing my lawn and was unsightly and was damaging my grass. The crew they hire cannot speak English when you try to talk to them. So, no I have not switched to trying their service! read more

After several months, my great service started having various issues. Speed slow down, little moments off then back on; and I had purchased a handheld gaming device that was have issues with the connection. Jay Washegesic came out the afternoon. I called for help. He tested then began a scientific, detective-like search for the problem. He found a problem in the exterior box, which worked but not to the point he expected; he continued to work the problem and discovered a bad component in the router. Exemplary job. Service is now what I expect. Kudos to Jay and IQ Fiber. read more

Our cable internet service (Xfinity) went down in Hurricane Milton. This jumbled our associated apps and was not fun to restore. Plus, the speed was too slow for 2024 streaming and downloading. We went to IQ fiber and have been pleased with the 3 teams which put the fiber in service over the last 2 days. All good communicators with attention to detail. Final portion of installation was with John Blankenship. He got the fiber into the house setting up the router and extenders. Very nice guy. He's very neat. He smiles and has a great attitude toward customer service. Put in extra time until the system was working well. He promised us eye-catching uploading and downloading. He's right on the button. Speed is great. Coverage is excellent. John is a keeper and is welcome here should we need additional service. We hope IQ Fiber continues to be impressive. Thanks a lot, John. read more

Technician Jose was at the residence today to sort out a few small but annoying wifi issues. He was awesome. Spent 2 1/2 hrs going thru every single satellite (5 of them) + the router. Apparently 2 satellites were too close to each other therefore interfering with the wifi signal to main TV area. Each satellite was reset to ensure best signal. Garage door wifi wasn't working due to prior changes in wifi and it took some time but Jose was amazingly patient, sorted out the source of the problem & corrected it. Everything seems to be working great at this time. Jose was wonderful. Can't give IQ Fiber in general enough praise as a company. They are local & a local "PERSON" actually answers the phone within couple minutes, routs me immediately to appropriate support and if necessary (as today) a technician is sent to the house very quickly. If major outage for some reason, usually same day to make sure loss of service is extremely brief. Never a charge for service to come out. Underground Fiber so tree limbs no longer interrupt service. Internet speeds fabulous! Performance of fiber is amazing and they supply all the equipment, nothing I needed to purchase. I am delighted with Jose's performance today & IQ Fiber as a whole. read more

Our new IQ Fiber internet service was installed yesterday, and it was such a pleasant experience. It was refreshing to have the process made EASY, And Rob, the installer, was GREAT - knowledgeable and helpful. IQ Fiber was installed in our neighborhood a few months ago, and their representative, Shandra, came by the house to explain their process. She mentioned that her installer would help us set up our Oooma Voice over IP phone, which was a big selling point for me. She impressed me so I saved her business card. As soon as we could get away from AT&T, I called her, and she took care of the rest. LOVE my new, speedier service. read more
