I was informed my appointment would be between 8am-5pm. A team of three (Kim, John and Nick) all showed up right after 8 o'clock which was much earlier than I expected. During the time all three were at my home checking on electric issues I was pleased to see how professional they all were and communication through them was great. I was explained everything single issue and how it was fixed (all simple issues). They noticed the entire breaker box in my garage was labeled completely wrong and they even went the extra mile to relabel everything properly for me. It is now November 30th and I have not heard back from them. And yes, I am a former customer. Called another electrician and he came out the next day to do what amounted to be a simple repair. I really should've known better, because when I made the initial call, it sounded like I interrupted the woman on the other end who sounded very disinterested perhaps it was because it was 8:15 AM.
