And as a cherry on top 4) they installed my 3 back yard security cameras facing same direction out to backyard, not covering sides of home. Their response? "We can turn them" but problem was the roof drains and side of home blocked that from working . They did offer to drill more holes and move the cameras but 3 strikes and you're out. I went with them because my builder forced me to. I have a great home automation contractor in Atlanta and unlike them the AAMI consultant/leader who consulted us was worthless. I knew better but I wanted my home prewired. Use the tuition I paid and avoid these people. Shame on Domain Homes for forcing me to use them but thank you for letting me fire them and get their contactor to fix my door, thermastats, and remove my cameras.

First tot discovered not all Bluetooth phones would work. Also kids waiting for school bus were triggering the gates unintentionally. Then tot SOLD a work around RFID decal to the residents because of tot poor engineering. But still it is an unreliable activation. Residents now wish for the old reliable remote push button system. Just recently an emergency vehicle was trying to pass though a gate but it would not open. If you want a gate system that works, go get other bids!

Then, I get a message that his mom died. I felt terrible for him and told him take the time he needed. I then followed-up about 3 weeks later to check-in; no response. I tried again and again. He then texts me around 1:30AM on night saying he is back and will get working on this. Then, he disappears again. I try by phone, text and email and also via Konnected.io's CEO Nate Clark to reach him, but no luck. I finally text and ask for a my deposit to be refunded. Tim then sends me a text message at 4:23AM, saying he cancelled plans to be able to work on my project this week (after not having spoken to me in weeks). I give him a 37th chance and said Ok. He then peaced-out and hasn't responded since. I told him to forget it and just to refund my deposit. No money back yet. I'm going to do a charge back and also file in small claims court. This guy is a total flake and it needs to be publicized what he's doing. Here are the text messages along. How crazy is this?!

I purchased two Quoizel garage light and a matching post light. The garage lights hang down from…read morethe lid. Gap big enough for a pencil. Besco offered to return for replacement or credit but would not return the post light. They refused to contact the manufacturer. The just quoted the warranty. I bought all three as a matching set. Unacceptable service. I contacted Quoizel myself. They sent me two more garage lights. Same problem. I'm going to repair them myself with some nylon bolts. Neither Quoizel nor Besco seemed to care that there was an issue.
